Always loved TRD but this location wasn't the best experience. One of our steaks had way too much gristle, and the others werent as flavorable as usual. Took forever to get a table and just as long to get our food on a Tuesday night. The blooming onion wad good.

Worst experience ever in a Restaurant. This was my first time here. I'll never go back again. 1st of all it was a hour wait. Then we received our drinks a strawberry margarita. Which is $7.50 and had a extra $1.00 for strawberries. Let the customer know that. We're eating our food and having conversations. Then a big water bug as the called it. Was right behind me flew on me. I had to jump up and almost knocked the whole table over. Frfr. However Manager came over and picked it up. So from there. Don't feel comfortable so now we're ready to go. No time to enjoy our food, So you would think the manager would give you a little discount on the check. No he gives us a couple for $15 off the next visit. I'm not going back. So I'm sharing so you guys be on the lookout if you eat there. Got palmetto or water bugs. Coming out the walls and may crawl.fly on you. Beware

I really enjoyed our overall experience - Southern Hospitality at it's finest. The food was great, good prices and the Customer Service was outstanding and personalized. It was our first time here so the manager came to chat with us a bit and gave us some goodies, including a free appetizer for our next visit and a bag of peanuts. But the highlight of our experience was our server: Brenndon - He was superb!!! I'm wheelchair bound and he was super accommodating and attentive to my needs. Thank you ? ?

Texas Roadhouse is always a solid choice for us. Who doesn't love their bread and butter! Also, our steaks almost always come out cooked properly and I like how they season their steaks and sides.

I come here because it’s unfortunately the only one closest to me. Only once or twice have had a server who has been efficient and responsive during my dining time. They also NEVER sell rolls to go. I’ve tried multiple days, when they were busy or slow, and every time I’m told that they are not selling bread to go because they’re short. The bread is the main reason to come to Texas Roadhouse, you can’t even get that or a server who will keep your drink full here. I’ve been to many other locations and never had these problems. I’m disappointed that the one closest to me does not live up to the standard they should be.
