Arrived to pick up my order at 11:40 pm spent 5 minutes calling and banging on the door and finally some guy opened the door and said they are closed but Google says they are open until 1:30 am and the recording they have that answers the phone says they are open until 12:00 am. So basically they close whenever they feel like it which isn't right nor fair to us as the customer(s). I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone poor customer service at its absolute best

This place shouldn’t be allowed to sell food. I ordered Mac n Cheese and all it was was noodles and shredded cheese on top. I microwaved it for 2 mins and the cheese didn’t even melt. Do not eat from here.

Total disgust.I ordered my food the first time and it was burnt, now I wanted to give them a second chance, I ordered several things at home, the girl who picked up my food said that my food would be ready for an hour, which was a lie, the They made them wait 1 hour and a half and the second time they entered, now they told them that there was no such order, they are messy, and unprofessional, they invented that to simply go home as soon as possible.

Filet and lobster were great. Now back to the point. I arrived just after the rush apparently and seated myself at the bar about 1730 hrs. The bar back was going to be know later to me as Gabriella since she wasn't wearing a name tag. I ordered and asked whether the lobster tail was Rock or Maine. She had no clue and I asked her to please find out. Off she went. Returned to say it was Cold Water which means Maine typically(#1). Another couple came in and within about 5-7 minutes took off with their hands in the air??? Now my dinner comes out from a happy and smiling server from the kitchen. Never got her name. Great, the steak med rare was perfect and so was the lobster, however I got two baked potatoes. I asked why and she said I Don't Know, what do you want me to do? I asked why two so she threw it in the trash and I said well maybe someone in the back could have had it. (#2). Bill came and as I suspected it was on there as I ordered it as a side. So I asked and she replied I ordered it. I said okay consider it ur tip and left paying my $41.38 bill as $41.38. And to think I could have went to OutBack. yep,, Next time Gabby.

The wings are awesome this is my first time ordering them through doordash the honey soy garlic wings are amazing I also ordered the honey mustard wings I would have given yall five stars but i didn't get my french fries but the chicken is very good I will order again!?

We are from out of state ordered our food in a timely manner and our order was canceled while our dasher and other dashers were waiting on their orders as well. The orders even showed being prepared. That is ver unprofessional and I will not be patronizing this company again. Awful customer service.

Today is Thursday, December 15, 2022, my friends and I attempted to have a meal together celebrating our friendship. We called to LongHorn like their website suggest when you have a large group, we called to let LongHorn know we had 12 to 14 group member coming around 5 pm. We were told the could not fit 14 people together we would have to be divided and we may not be sitting close depending on other people. (Never knew a restaurant blow off a large group of people before). So our group would not be able to sit together. They stated they would not move tables together so we could be a group. This was a Thursday!! NOT a Holiday or special occasion except is was for our group. We had 14 people and they refused to accommodate a large group. I guess large groups need to find other place to enjoy a meal. Parties of more than 4 or 6 need not even try to have a meal at LongHorn Steak house. We have had larger groups at other restaurants like the Olive Garden and Red Lobster (These restaurants in the same Food Corp, Darden). This Longhorn refused to seat us together. WE WENT TO SMOKEY BONES which was very close to Longhorn where we were seated immediately all 14 on one table. Here is the deal that still confuse me. The server that served us at Smokey Bones served alcohol drinks to several, sodas for everyone and meals for 12 adults and 2 children. Our meals and drinks (not counting the bar tab) was over $400 (and I bet it would have been higher than that at LongHorn.). At least $100 bar tab. I also know the server received well over $150 in Tips (most waitresses with have begged to serve a table of 14 on a Thursday night like the server at Smokey Bones got tonight. That server was very happy to provide a good night and made it a very enjoyable evening). I guess LongHorn did not think a large group of 14 would provide good enough revenue potential so they did not bother to be helpful. Smokey Bones and our server were very happy to serve 14 people on a Thursday, which on average is a slower day for most restaurants. So before I end the review, I plan to let everyone know the treatment my group received. I always buy Longhorn or other Darden Restaurants $100 gift cards for my son and other family members so they can have a nice meal and have fun. But this year or any other year henceforth will refuse to buy LongHorn gift cards again.
