Dear staff working around 1 pm on the day I am posting this,No one cares which employee has Facebook versus Instagram. Nor do we care who needs a lash person because theirs are falling off.We do care about how loud you were during your debate. We also care that you were so busy talking and carrying on that a simple two minute wrap took 20 minutes.Do better. Despite the fact that you have customers, you are going to lose the ones that not only tip, but tip well with your behavior.

So the tropical smoothie on rivers has roaches. As I was leaving after getting a smoothie a roach pop out the counter . Also the staff doesn’t speak or greet you. Wasn’t impress especially with the prices to have poor customer service and see roaches.

Second day in a row that I have ordered online for pick up due to having a baby in the car. Both days nobody ever brought out my order. The first visit I walked in to get it finally after just sitting there and one employee was making their own drink and walked to the back, another was sitting at the table talking with a friend.

I just has to leave a reviewThis was my 2nd tropical smoothie i went to today. The 1st one on international did such a horrible job on my smoothie the manager refunded me. I come to the 2nd one on rivets and the girl with red hair and glasses is sitting in a chair on the phone having a whole conversation. She looked at me like I was disturbing her while she was facetiming some boy. She starts orders my food and being on the phone the same time. I wish I could make this experience up. The other girl had on a hoodie. It looked like she wasn't in the best mood. But she made my smoothie taste so so good and smooth. The best I had in a while. Overall good smoothie bad customer service. Also why is the floor so sticky and the card reader?

As my family and I walked in (seven of us in total) we were greeted with a loud sigh from the shift leader behind the counter complaining that “they have been busy since they opened but ‘money-money-money’…” with an eye roll and a look of disdain. We left immediately to take our business elsewhere.As we exited, instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, she attempted to flip the script and state that she was just trying to motivate her crew.

We love Tropical Smoothie and this was the absolutely the worst TS we have ever been to! on top of that our smoothies had to be made twice as the didn't taste like they always do! One of them still didn't taste correct and we just tossed it out! Wasted money on our part! Oh the ladies restroom was needing attention also! we will NoT be back!
