I have been here before and the food was excellent. On this particular visit I had a medical incident as I arrived which required EMS response. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive to my needs. My thanks to them. I will definitely be back.

Definitely not what it use to be. No food on the bar. Scraping for scraps to make a plate. Food wasn't fresh at all. My last visit.

I didn't have a taste for most of the meals and they were too oily/greasy for me. The dumplings were good though.

Not sure if it is Due to COVID but the food when we went at 5pm was all old and the stuff that was not old was not hot. The best thing was the Habichi Grill. Service was good but again it was all just sub standard. The place did look like it has mad potential.

We've been to this restaurant several times in the past and it has been our favorite buffet until this visit. It was a Thursday night at 7ish. The food was all dried out and some was cold. The sushi was gone. We did ask for better food options and they did their best to make a few fresh dishes and some sushi rolls. So, customer service was good but the food was sadly not this go round. Maybe stick to a weekend when they tend to be busier keeping the warm dishes flowing.

The people there were nice, the place looked like a club, it was so insanely awesome, & even though I'm alergic to seafood it still looked very well, every thing was very clean & the rest of the food was on point! I definitely plan on going back!?

Worst ever. I came in at 12pm midday, to find that the food on the bar is cold. How could it be cold if it's fresh? The buffet just opened at 11am and the food on the buffet is cold. Obviously this is reheated from last night. Honestly I don't know when the food I ate today was actually prepared. I could quite possibly be eating food from days ago. Chicken has a kill date and I'm not sure when the last time anything there was freshly prepared. Completely unsatisfied with the hibachi which was the only thing I actually went for. My plate of uncooked food sat at room temperature for just under 15 minutes before someone asked the hibachi chef to finally prepare it. Unsafe practices will cause this place to be closed and it would be rightfully so. I mentioned my distaste for my experience and the waitress simply said it's not her fault. The food is cold, it's not my fault. The hibachi doesn't taste good, it's not my fault. She didn't bother to appease not make anything better. After paying and only eating a few bites of food, I left frustrated and hungry. I will never return. Ever. If they're the only place to eat... I'll choose the safe route and abstain. WORST EVER. UNSAFE. DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU MAY GET SICK.

The food was cold. The first time we told the workers that the food was cold, he told her to stir the food up and mix the bottom with the top. The fried chicken was hard as a brick. The waiter ignored one of our party members when she asked can fresh, hot food be put out. The bathroom was filthy. It was a waste of money. They also need to update the appearance of restaurant and train their servers in customer service.

Awful experience. Terrible service. Decayed place.Old food and no replacement.The carpet smells like wet dirty carpet.The waiter was sitting listening to music the whole time.
