The food was hot and delicious. The cook did a great job. The older waitress got our beverages & was pleasant. The attitude of the younger waitress was not good. No, "May I help you," when I walked in (as she leaned on the counter. I asked if we seat ourselves She did say, "yes." No, "Thank You" as we paid our bill (as she ate a piece of bacon.

We usually order online and pick up. Food is always bomb and hot. It’s right around the corner too so honestly can’t go wrong.

Customer service was so poor I didn’t even get to taste the food. I was waiting with my husband and four children. I sent my teens to sit at the bar because a booth close by was empty but just needed to be cleaned (as were two other booths). The waitress told my sons they needed to give her a minute (I assume there were plates that needed to be moved but I didn’t see any). She then checks out a customer and dallies around behind the counter. She goes to clean the table and periodically glares at me as she cleans. I’m waiting for her to say the table is ready but when I look up she’s behind the counter again glaring at me. I typically eat at Waffle House whenever I visit SC because it’s a cheap meal and I can usually match the tip to whatever my check is. I told my husband I would not leave that lady the trash on my plate! We walked out. Grateful there are ppl who’ve experienced better because this was lacking all the southern hospitality I grew up seeing

Horrible. Sat there for over half an hour and never got our food. People that came in after us and sat at bar already had there food. Place is filthy. Windows are gross. We got up and left.

Hands down the best Waffle House there is! The only one I’ll ever go too. So clean and so nice and top notch service all the other Waffle Houses should come here and see what they are doing

The online order was not correct. picking it up and driving all the way home. I noticed that I didn’t have everything that I ordered in the bag. You cannot call to inform them or get in touch with any management about it! so I have to drive all the way back there! So annoying and inconvenient.Now, I’m going back to get a full refund for my inconvenience , plus my tip and go somewhere.
