RUDE!!! SO RUDE! I despise this Wendy's and am only forced to come here to Door Dash. When picking up they don't even acknowledge you. Thru the speaker or in person. No hello, goodnight NOTHING. I don't know if they don't like DD, hate their job, or if they just have an issue with white people. If they can act that way to your face, imagine what they're doing to your food

I'm visiting with my family from Ohio and we ran through the drive-thru for a quick lunch before an activity. The service was terrible, they tried to give us a bunch of drinks we didn't order, then they forgot a $2 item from our $57 order and acted like it was a criminal act because I asked for it.

How hard is it to double check to make sure every item is in the bag? Or that the food isn't cold. I worked at Wendy's for a year a few years back it's really not that hard of a job.

I wish they would make sure that they are checking, what they are charging you for. But as a consumer, you should always check your bag because there is a lot of communication issues with what was ordered and what you get sometimes, but overall they are

This restaurant gets all 5s. 5 minutes waiting to get to the drive thru speaker, 5 minutes waiting to order while sitting idle st the speaker, and 5 minutes at the window.

After waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me on the speaker ( after I said HELLO) not friendly at all, no smile , just felt like I was inconveniencing her. Cups of cheese all over the bottom of the bag over the fry container and nuggets, ruined both kids burgers, one kid doesn't eat anything at all on his burger and yet he had onions, ketchup and pickles?! On a kids meal, that was supposed to be PLAIN HAMBURGER. SO KIDS are hungry still and it's time for bed, just left football practice so no time for anything. I get people are understaffed but that doesn't excuse you from getting orders correct or providing customer service. I didn't mind waiting a few if we needed to but this is it Wendy's, and McDonald's been gone with their fake food... Chic fila ahead of the game now.

Food is typically cooked well, however, I have been unable to take advantage of Wendy's Rewards scanning. Having to ask for a paper receipt every time. I would ask you to support the staff better in this regard. Otherwise, the service and attitude is hit-or-miss. Drive-thru processing after 4:00 PM is sluggish.

Diannnnnntreeeee! They look like slow turtles. Please the administration has to do something about this @Wendys Drive true of mother, it is supposed to be faster outside than inside. Inside, don't even say it. They can see you at the counter and look!!! As if you didn't exist. Norwoodmall Please Administrators, Managers etc. Wendys What happens?

Order was cancelled. Called the Wendy's location as the app instructed. The person that answered had my name and knew that there was an order, but then suddenly tried to claim that I had the wrong location and that he didn't have an order on his system. I asked him how he had my name and knew that there was an order if it's not in his system and it wasn't this location and he just said "I have no idea." Absolutely infuriating. Very obviously lying just to get me off the phone.

Waited 30 minutes still got wrong order and only had one car in front of me. Manager on duty took my receipt and still got my order wrong. This place needs to be closed if they can’t get their act together.
