The young lady at the door was very rude. She was taking a shot of liquor while telling us it would be $20 a person to get in. It was 9 pm and this place was completely empty why would there be a cover charge? It was 6 of us. We would have spent more than that on hookah and drinks. When I asked her a question she said Ok, Bye as if they didn’t want our business. Never again. Not to mention it’s located smack in the ghetto! Enter at your own risk!

This is a hidden gem right outside of downtown Charleston. A very grown but chill vibe. The servers are friendly. The manager is one of the best in the STATE. The owners are often in the establishment ensuring a cultured and safe environment is present. Security at the door. Good music and maaaaan let me tell yall about that food. Not many places you can get food in the late hours much less GOOD food. Highly recommend

This was me n my husband first time here. We definitely enjoyed ourselves, super clean hookah lounge I’ve ever been to, super cool staff, customer service A1 shout out to the bartender Chanel. She was really amazing super sweet and so caring definitely will return I believe I found my new chill spot. The drinks n food was gd as well nothing but good things to say about this place..

WOW WOW WOW, 20 / 10 RECOMMEND! Everything about this place was amazing! I was a little skeptical due to the area in which it is located as I am from out of state, but the street was extremely quiet and adequate parking was available right outside. The lounge was very clean and had a great atmosphere. From the moment we walked in the bartenders were most accommodating. We were celebrating my sister's 21st birthday and they made sure she felt special - thank you guys so much for that. The hookah was bussin' && the price was right ! The food OH MY GOD out of this world, SOO GOOD , and very reasonably priced with good portions. We did the Rum drink tower and it was delicious! They had a DJ which was playing good vibe music, I didn't know half the songs but still had the best time!! The only thing I was sad about was that I live in NJ and won't be able to come more often! Thank you for an amazing experience XOLOUNGE, we will be back!
