Ordered take out a couple nights ago and I was extremely disappointed. This is how my plate look when I opened it. When I eat in the restaurant my to-go plate has more food on it when I leave. The chicken was rubbery and the vegetables weren’t cooked they still tasted cold. If I saw this before I got home I would have just asked for my money back. I guess this is what you get for $30 now a days. I will definitely not be back.

We always seat at the bar. I only go for Sushi and it's always good food and service. It is a little loud but that is expected.I only wish that on Friday they would open at 3 :)

Placed a to-go order last night, pick up was fine but a little chaotic. We ordered two steak and chickens. I was thoroughly disappointed in the meat… these are just the three largest chunks of fat that came off the extremely fatty steak. By the time most of the fat was removed there was maybe 1 oz of meat. These fat globs were extremely off putting and ruined the entire meal.

staff was friendly and helpful. atmosphere was perfect ?. food was delicious! AND they provide chopstick assists for kids or others who need them. They box up your food for you before you leave.Dietary restrictions: staff will check ingredients with chefs and go out of their way to give you an authentic experience.

Wow. What an experience!On February 24,24 I live 3 hours away and was in town visiting; stopped to order take out and was told at 615 that my order would be ready at 6:51 pm, the supposed manager (female) at the front was disturbingly rude, aggressive AND was easily identifiable with these long nails. She states her name was Sandra who didn't care it's 7:20 and it was obviously annoyed that we inquired about this additional 45 min wait.But hopefully, your management will be reconsidered, and if she lied, that definitely does not need to be your front door representation!!!!We asked to cancel all six $35 orders, and we'll go where customer service is better. She inserted herself into someone else's conversation unaffiliated with our party, and yes theres that behavior with them.We have patronized this establishment in the past, and I've seen her there then with colored hair, and her deamoner was the same. This goes to show that a great night out can be impacted severely by CUSTOMER SERVICE!!The additional star is only because the interaction with the bartender and the gentleman at Sushi bar were kind and professional.

The manager advised that her name was Sandra and she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She was waving her hands in the air and speaking very rude and disrespectful to paying customers. She offered NO APOLOGIES for the food being over an hour late; there was NO PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS and a COMPLETE INABILITY to be a leader! There were other employees at the hostess station witnessing a MANAGER BEHAVE THIS WAY.Sandra is going to be the reason that this restaurant LOSES business as this is CONSISTENT RUDE BEHAVIOR from her.This order was over $200 that was cancelled due to SANDRAs UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED BEHAVIOR.She was asked for her managers name and she said she didn’t know it. So while she’s throwing a tantrum and waving her hands in the air like she was out with friends at a party, she cost this business money.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Was greeted by the host hanging a toothpick out of his mouth and it just went downhill from there. We were served food with no utensils, drinks weren’t refilled. Food was ok but nothing special.

Told me it was gonna be a 15 minute wait and then I wanted 45 minutes just to be told there was still at least a 30 minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous

After a hard days work, I went to Yokoso to get chicken Teriyaki and shrimp. I didn’t want vegetables, so I ask for rice to replace the vegetables. In this picture you can see that I have less chicken and less shrimp. The salad was not good at all and the onion soup tasted watery. I spent $30 on this meal and didn’t enjoy it. Management Team can someone contact me to make this order right? It seems that I spent $30 just for the Salad, Onion Soup, and Rice.

We were 1 of 2 tables in Entire restaurant!! 1 party at our table didn’t receive any food due to the waiter messing up and they still expected him to pay for his meal that he received, after all of had eaten. His portion was 1/2 the size as the others and cold!!! Manger was rude and unprofessional yelling at the customers and demanding we leave the restaurant. My party of 8 will never return to this horrible nasty place
