I was on the phone with my girlfriend when she went through the drive thru here and just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing customer service! English is her second language and the employee was very polite and professional.
Nice Zaxby's location. Seating was mostly clean but they did need to wipe down some tables. Staff was friendly and food was ready within five minutes. Their Coke soda stream self-serve machine was working with all drink options available (which is more than I can say for some other fast food restaurants lately). They needed to replace the ketchup packets in the lobby area; some packets had obviously burst in the delivery box and covered all of them in nasty, sticky old ketchup...read full review
