great location, great amenities - would definitely stay there again. The views are amazing. the choice of so many swimming pools was wonderful. Wish they had a few more handicap spaces. Parking was free as well which was a nice benefit. Well maintained.

This was kind of an unexpected find. First of all Waze took us to the wrong destination and when we figured out where it was, it still was a little out of the way. It's located at the far end of a strip shopping center. It's small and unassuming but don't let that fool you! Probably one of the best dinners we have had in a very long time. What made it so special were all the flavors of each dish. They complimented each other perfectly. Nothing overwhelming but perfect in every way. Our meal consisted of the skirt steak with fries (deep fried in duck fat!! Heaven on a plate!), the layered potatoes, spinach, grouper, green beans. Oh, don't forget the amazing bread! The portions are perfect and the presentation beautifully done. And don't forget the service! Joe was amazing, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about each item on the menu. We can't recommend this place enough. It may be a little on the pricey side but worth it. You will not be disappointed. Already looking forward to our next visit...

Our room was perfect, however, I believe all rooms are individually owned so I made sure to request one that was updated and not near an elevator. There were plenty of amenities and food options here so that you didn’t have to leave unless you wanted to but there are good choices nearby as well. I love that there is a parking deck and motorcycles are allowed to use it too. Big vehicles will find it a little tight but it’s better than most I’ve seen. Security was out and about keeping everyone safe and housekeeping was keeping the hallways and other common areas clean. Overall it was a great experience. This was our third trip here and we will be back again!

We were shocked at the condition of our condo, which was just a hotel room in reality. Room 1901, in tower 1. The blinds were broken and couldn't be closed. Maintenance brought an old blanket and rusty clamps and put it up over the sliding door! The bi-fold doors on the closet were broken and the closet could not be used! The bed had been listed as a Queen, but it was just a double bed and very uncomfortable. The condo was listed as "ocean front" but it was not! It was ocean view. The bathroom was clean, but the rest was not. Kitchen sink was dirty, furniture was dusty.

This “resort” is a nightmare. Codes don’t work on outside doors for security. Eventually we figured out the door to tower 3 doesn’t even lock. Staff is rude and just stare at you if you are in the way. Walking to our condo was terrifying. Everything was dirty and outdated. Sketchy neighborhood. I did not feel safe going to garage alone. Water was covering the floor by our door because of a broken ice maker. We stayed in room #432 in the 3rd tower was ok. They did have a beautiful view. Fresh paint but they splattered paint on wood trim. Piece of new flooring were in the master bedroom only closet. Master bathroom had a outdated gross toilet seat. It was moldy in the tub. Couches and chairs were so dirty I scrubbed them (you’re welcome). Guest bedroom was two queen beds and thrift store furniture packed into the room. Bathrooms were in need of updates. Kitchen had new appliances (thank God…. I can’t imagine what they had looked like!). TV room is small and needs a deep clean like the entire resort does. Pool and lazy river were closed for a day and a half due to someone launching a glass from a top balcony into the lazy river. Master bed was comfortable but was really dirty behind the bed. I mopped and scrubbed every room before using them. We left early due to the threat from hurricane Idalia. I refused to “possibly” get stuck in that dump with some of those people and useless staff. The security officer was the only decent person who works there. He told us how to get our bands, after kicking us out of the pool. Chris from Eagle reality had someone promptly drop them off. Baywatch is in need of a major update.

I didn’t stay here, I’m leaving a review for a friend of mine who literally just found bed bugs in her room, and the front desk staff treated her like trash! I definitely wanted to leave a review for her. Don’t have the room number but it literally happened this morning 8-18-23

Maybe if I wasn’t a white American, the accent speaking, people of color staff would have been nicer. I mean, I just love getting a blank stare by the pool guy when I greeted him with a good morning. Don’t wash and dry your clothes because the dryer didn’t work and ended up hanging them on the balcony chairs. No body or hand soap but there’s was conditioner!! The room was clean and the view was nice, but the teenie tiny parking garage got full quick and trying to get into the parking spot was quite the adventure. But again, the rude staff. Never again if I do come back to NMB

The beds we had were comfortable and new! We always love the amenities. Our room could have been cleaner. Our closet door was very hard to use. Over all not bad. Was happy with the pool bar, food and live music.

This place was horrible. Our condo smelled like mold I sent an email and went to the front desk, they said they would bring an ozone machine up to remove the odor. They never attempted to find out what here it was coming from. We had to leave for 45 min they said so we went to dinner we came back and all they had done was spray air freshener so we had Cherry scent and mold. The description said well equipped kitchen. We had no bottle opener, no frying pan and forks made for toddlers. There was no salt or pepper or dish towels. My mother fell on the final night we were there. The outside bar/restaurant had a step down with no railing or sign to watch your step she fell hitting her head on a picnic table and her side on the picnic bench. She had a large lump on her head, two fractured ribs and was covered in bruises. The bartender took 15 min to even come over to check on her. When my daughter went to the bar to ask for ice for her head they handed her a Walmart bag with ice leaking everywhere. The food was awful. Over cooked and salty. These are just a few examples of how terrible this place is. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay there.

Elliott Beach Rentals engages in predatory towing practices on the property, Ocean Forest Villas in North Myrtle Beach. I arrived on a Friday and my car was towed the following night. I left the parking permit tag on the dashboard and security had my car towed for 'No Pass'. There is more than ample parking at the complex, plenty of empty spaces; therefore, I considered the permit superfluous. I did not return to my car until Sunday afternoon, when I discovered it was missing. The towing company charged $210 to get my car back and I lost a day of my vacation dealing with this issue. I called Elliott Beach Rentals and asked about any recourse for this exorbitant charge from the towing company. They referred me to the property management company, who referred me to the onsite management office, who referred me to the HOA, who claims that the security company has jurisdiction over parking at the complex. Elliott Beach Rentals could have handled this situation positively, but they chose not to offer any concession for the inconvenience and expense that I experienced. I hope this review encourages others to rent from another, more customer-focused company.

The whole facility is unsanitary and unsafe. I was with my young daughter who said “this place is sketchy, I feel like someone is going to take me!” From the elevators to the hallways and inside the condo to the pools and even the beach everything was dirty and unkept. People were smoking cigarettes and weed. VRBO and VACASA were not helpful at all, and they will not post the bad reviews of this place. Beware especially with children.

Good food. Great service. The hostess/waitress Deborah looked out for us. More could be done for the ambience. We had dinner and breakfast there. Well worth the money. It's very convenient for the Baywatch vacationers.
