The manager doesn't do a very good job. He doesn't seem to care much. He floats around sipping his cup, drinks dieing at the bar. Large table behind us remains unbussed after sitting for 20+ minutes. Seems all of the tables are on one server and no one cares to help her even though she's clearly drowning.

I want to eat with my family and sever was eating France fries with some people then licked her fingers and did not wash her hands and putting cups way behind the bar and taking food to people and she changed me for three grown up drinks and they where kid drinks she was going to over charge

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. There was a mistake in the order, there was no solution on the part of the waitress. I asked for a manager and I explained the situation, I said that I wouldn’t mind paying at least 50% of the order although I didn’t try, and I think he didn’t even bother to recognize the error. He only gave me $5 off on a meal that I don’t even touch. Worse costumer service ever . I had never visited a place where they start fighting with the costumer about who has right.

Decided to stop in Sunday after Christmas shopping but almost left after waiting forever at the front and being ignored by staff until a server who seemed to be the only one working finally stopped cleaning off tables and asked if I needed assistance with a pickup order. I said no that I’ve been waiting for a table. She immediately apologized and asked if I would like to sit in the dining room or bar area. I responded that I would like to sit wherever her area was since she seemed to be the only one working. She again apologized for my wait sat me down in her section and was very attentive to my requests. Even after she took care of me, I sat and watched her continue to clear off tables, run food and help guests be seated, all while still taking care of me and my food. Heather was an amazing server, had a great personality that changed my whole mindset on returning back and I’m glad I decided not to leave. As a local it’s very disheartening and disappointing to see such a nice establishment going down the drain. The food wasn’t the greatest and waitstaff needs improvement. I do recommend Heather to anyone wanting to eat here because she was the highlight of my experience there and looked to be the only worker who seemed to actually care. Thank you Heather and happy holidays!

Food was good, didn't take too long. came here to eat with family. Only issue was the red-headed lady who sat us. She was very disrespectful while helping us with our seating situation. She gave an attitude several times as well as rolled her eyes.

Horrible place they hide behind the wall, front desk girl tonight never stayed up front gave me the wrong order i had to drive back up there she was rude never apologized i think it’s illegal to let me leave with someone’s order then come back and she gave it to someone else after it had been in my car. Dumb they don’t care many bodies only 2 people working manager on cell playing a game hiding behind wall always a horrible experience !!

Ordered the free wings on Veterans Day and we never got them... We waited over an hour for wings that never came. Drinks were fine

i dined in yesterday and got the traditional wing deal, my wings were slimy and seemed like the chicken was not good. about an hour later i got beyond sick. i recieved non edible meat and proceeded to get extremely sick from it. i do not recommend this restaurant in the slightest.
