Rude beyond believe. We ordered a large hand tossed pizza …we noticed when we got home the pizza was paper thin (only the crust was a little thicker) with hardly any sauce or cheese. We also ordered 2 orders of hot wings. We didn’t mind getting charged for the extra ranch dressing but half way home we noticed we did not get the extra sauce that was supposed to “be in the box”. Most of the wings were also sauce-less. We returned to the store to retrieve the extra sauces and had to listen to the employee get irate over the fact that “ every thing in the sauce had to be measured” and finally had him cover the plain wings with buffalo sauce huffing and puffing. Rude and disrespectful the entire time… and to top it off he did not wash his hands the entire time he was handling duck tape, signs and our food…what a bad representation for dominoes

I can see why they only have a 2 rating. We were vacationing in Myrtle Beach. We called and called and no answer. So couldn't even get a pizza. If your site says open answer the phone!!!!!!!

If I could give a zero I would these people are ashholes we made an order to be delivered instead of them calling us and telling us they canceled it they just canceled it and now it's to late to order from anywhere else .then they don't answer the damn phone

Troy is absolutely amazing. My delivery was cancelled because their truck didn’t come on Sunday, after it was supposed to be there on Friday. Troy was still in such high spirits, going above & beyond to make sure that my boyfriend & I would leave as happy customers. We came here expecting to be met with resistance & were given nothing but true compassion. Give this man a raise. Troy is making sure that Domino’s customers are 100% satisfied, with a genuine smile on his face. & that makes all the difference.

I ordered online, chose curbside delivery. I checked in when arriving. I waited 11 minutes, so I finally went in. Afterwards, I seen the app shows completed stopping the timer at 1:37. That was false. I called and explained I actually had to come in, get my pizza and the 2 minute guarantee wasn't met. The lady on the phone asked if my food was fine. I said yes, that isn't the issue I just didn't get the honored 2 minute guarantee. Skew told me, "I cant just give you a free pizza for that. " I requested to speak to a manager. I was put on hold, after 9 minutes I hung up. Horrible customer service.

Was supposed to get curbside service for pickup..app told me I couldn't be found and I could clearly see only 1 person working in store then I tried calling number in app and waited 2 minutes for someone to pick up only to be disconnected before speaking to me..service should not be offered if it can't be completed only so store numbers look better and free pizzas not to be given

Thin crust pepperoni was inedible. Burnt, dry, no sauce.Should have checked it when I picked it up at the store. It was pouring down raining, so I tried to call, but no one answered. Didn't want to go back out in the storm.Disappointed.On the upside, my thin crust Philly Cheesesteak pizza was wonderful!Any refund/replacement for Pepperoni pizza, would be appreciated.

So I have never had a major problem with dominoes before I moved here and then, after two orders, I have came to the conclusion that I’ll never order those again especially here. After my last experience, I go to Pizza Hut or Papa John’s, I understand you guys are not like top-notch pizza places, but the things you gave me the last two times I have no desire of ever ordering from you and I’ve had an account for over six years on the app and I am no longer a customer stay away from this Domino’s. They are horrible. They will leave burnt circles all over your pizza and burn your breadsticks, I was OK until I saw my breadsticks. The entire thing was literally encased in burnt char, black, burnt char. I’m a very forgiving person, but I cannot forgive this and I will never order from this pizza place again, the worst Domino’s I’ve experienced from the West Coast East Coast to the Midwest stay away from here.

Waited 2.5 hours on an order than was estimated 30 minutes, After receiving the food it was disgusting , I would have rather ate the box , After being hung up on and spoken rudely to by the manager, I decided to go up there , the manager surprised by me showing up and saying it wasnt him being rude on the phone then gave me my money back after saying on the phone it wasn’t refundable $86
