I used to love this place, but something has gone downhill since I came. The seafood nachos were sweet like candy. Fish and chips were soggy. You can tell that if you do not get the high-end items, the restaurant does not care one ounce about you. When the issues with the food were addressed to the manager, she simply nodded her head and made some out there comment about a good memory. It is sad to see a favorite mainstay fall trap to bad service and compromised food.

It was so good we went back! My wife and I stopped in for dinner on Saturday night. Our server was fun and she was full of details on what to order. The whitefish dip they serve with crackers was very tasty. My wife had the salmon and I had blackened Mahi Mahi, it was perfect and the green beans were as fresh as they could be. We enjoyed it so much we ate there for lunch on Monday with another couple and our experience was just as good, but this time we sat outside on the deck overlooking the inland waterway, a perfect lunch.

Went by there couple weeks ago and looked at menu they had posted outside. Then on my next trip there I tried them.Fish was great. Service was super. The employees went beyond to make sure they answered your questions on the menu and explained the fish of the day.Great clean place inside and out. The have outdoor seating over looking the channel watching boats go back in forth made a great experience.

Best businesses with James

My family and I were welcomed upon arriving at the restaurant. The restaurant is located right on a marina, so there are amazing views everywhere. We were seated right next to the windows, and it was a great atmosphere. Our waiter was very friendly, and his recommendations were helpful. I ordered a mojito, and it was top-notch. I had the seared scallops, and they were cooked ok but not the best. Also, the hush puppies were ok as well. They needed more seasoning and could have had lighter breading. The grits were amazing. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant based on the location because it's beautiful. The food is good but could be refined a bit more.

Ordered fire grilled grouper with honey lime butter with cheese grits and hush puppies. It was better than I hoped for, and much better than the local chains in Myrtle Beach. Andy was an excellent waiter, very efficient and knowledgeable.
