$20 an hour won't make these employees care anymore than they do now.It's pathetic how a paying customer, you know the people who give KFC money in exchange for a service, get the worst customer service.You'd think the least these employees would do is wear their uniforms properly, but won't even do that.Actions speak louder than words.Why open the doors at this location? Sent wrong order. When I called them they said they had no record of my order or me. I told them I had the order number plus the driver name and ID, I was told to call corporate. Don’t eat here

I ordered my food from the take out window The girl was nice and polite but my chicken was lukewarm and flavorless and the biscuit was not cooked in the middle and was cool and also flavorless My mashed potatoes tasted like instant and not fresh without much flavor I was really disappointed as I always loved KFC I will no longer go to this one again

I went to KFC drive thru in North Myrtle Beach, SC excited to get chicken for dinner for my family and not have to cook. Ordered the 8 piece bucket with 2 sides that cost $32.03 without drinks or anything which was find until I got home and opened the bucket to find soft skinned old dry warmed over chicken and hard biscuits. I was extremely upset and wanted to take it back but I live 25 miles away in a high traffic area. I feel used and disrespected. It’s a shame this facility had no pride or care as to what and how they service customers who just want what they pay for and trust the people to serve and give them just that instead of old soft chicken and hard biscuits; nothing tasted as it should have except the mashed potatoes. I’m highly disappointed but one things for sure; I l’ll head someplace else the next time I want takeout

Great chicken sandwich! Got a free wrap with ordering thru the KFC app. Wrap was tiny. I would not pay $5. for two wraps. Fast and friendly service.

They can't get a large order right if their lives depended on it. The manager has to keep fixing orders cause their are certain people there that just don't care....Last trip I ordered $76 for our family , missing 8 chicken tenderloins , lrg fry , & mac n xhesse

Always hard biscuit’s very little gravy I mean just a tad not enough for the mash potatoes or even dip hard biscuits in …. Sometimes chicken old I don’t eat there anymore it’s terrible in nmbsc 29582
I would literally give it ZERO stars. We sat there patiently and didn't fuss or complain left with a smile only to open the bag on our way out ... an behold, we was missing, not one but two items ! I immediately called and was told that HE put 3 of them in my bag, and he took out 2 cause I had too many ... had everyone else on the phone call in the background agreeing saying there were 2 sandwiches ... but it was very clear they did NOT give me two, let alone the fries that go with the combo that I paid for ... $55 spent on my family of 5 only to get 4 combos. Very unprofessional and rude. Will be calling corporate. I'm assuming this guy is some sort of manager named CAROL. Either way, he should be pulled to the side and be taught how to speak to people. Treated me unfairly and like I was scamming them ... for what ? ? why would I go out of my way to lie ... completely awful. Do not recommend it due to his attitude. No telling who else they shorted. I knew I should have checked right then and there, but due to them rechecking it and the lady at the counter being nice, I thought I'd be fine. But I was wrong. 0 star
