As a former customer. I highly appreciate the Guy that works night shift by himself. He's there almost every night by himself with no help. He try his best to get all pizzas out hot. I see people cursing him out all the time because they order took forever or nothing hot and ready. You have to have patience or call ahead or place online. that hurts my feelings. He should have dedicated people that's willing to work. People are so lazy nowadays. I hate He goes through that. I'm praying for better for him. That guy deserves a raise. Keep up the Good Work.

Ordered last week for a 715 pm pickup. Wife went out pickup to employee locking the door saying order cancelled and refunded. Come today no refund showing, call store they just now cancelled the order and I'll now have to wait and additional 3-5 days on my refund? Completely unacceptable. I didn't expect much maybe an email saying cancelled and NOT PROCESSING PAYMENT when you know you're closing?!?!? If this is a short term loan, which it seems like, you owe me 200% interest like everyone else.

I just found out that my sister cynshey Ramsey was fried here by Bonnie botsford Because she wasn't good enough. When she was working doubles, And Was told to stay there an do the dishes after. If no one did them. And legally she wasn't supposed to be there by herself. And because of her Servere ptsd and anxiety. She ended up crying because someone threw change at her after cussing her out. And she told Bonnie what was going on and Bonnie didn't do anything. Also fired cynshey because Bonnie told her that she wasn't gonna lose her job because of her. When all she did was her job and made sure this pizza place was clean and Pizzas was fresh. I wish there was a way to contact the Owners and Tell them what Bonnie was doing.

Placed order last week for pickup at 715. Wife arrived promptly at 715 to an employee locking the door aho stated order was cancelled and refunded. Come this Monday no refund nothing. She calls the store and now they cancelled saying it'll be 3-5 days for my refund. It's already been 3-5 days. Absolutely unprofessional practice

This place sucks ! Everytime i come no matter if i call or irder online or even just wait i have been here 45 min and no pizza told me to drive around and they would take it to me crazy !

Ordered a pepperoni and an Italian cheese bread was told to come inside and wait for 6 min (with an unsafe amount of people in this little space) I then waited 25 min. Please be honest about the amount of time we’re going to be waiting. I would’ve waited in my car if I’d have known it was going to take so long. I understand we’re waiting on “fresh” pizzas but if you’d have had them hot and ready as the sign states there wouldn’t have been so many people waiting.

We decided to give this place ONE more chance before we write them off completely and that turned into a huge mistake. This location is the worst! We ordered two pizzas online and was told they would be ready in approximately 15 minutes which is a typical cook time. We got in the drive-thru to pick our pizzas up and there was only one car in front of us and several behind us. The man in the front ordered some pizzas and the employees just had him sit in line until it was hot and fresh!! We would have left if our pizza wasn't already paid for. They did not tell him to pull ahead and wait for his food so we all sat there for 40 minutes while this man's pizzas was cooked. Several cars in line started to honk as well and still nothing from the employees. We finally got our pizza and it was cold, hard and you could tell it had been under a heat lamp for a long time because it dried it out really bad. No apology, no refund.....nothing! This particular location is worthless so don't even bother ordering from here.

I feel bad for the 2 people the company had working as there where trying hard to get the food out.. I ordered online and still waited 30 minutes.. the company should hire more help or close the doors

This Little Ceasars is out of control. They supposedly close at 10pm everyday (their own website says that), but if you go there after 7pm, out of nowhere they put a note on the window saying they're "understaffed" and not selling pizza despite the employee still being inside getting paid.Then today (Wednesday 9/29/2021 @7:30pm), the guy told my husband to come back in 15 mins because the pizzas were not ready. My husband comes back 20 mins later and the guy tells my husband that now he's in a break (NO PIZZAS), my husband told him he'd take a cheese pizza if necessary and the guy said there was nothing, he lied, he never made any pizzas to begin with.This is just how those employees operate, they have no supervision from the owner, so after 7pm they get to do as they please. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. Save yourself the expensive gas, the owner and his/her employees don't want your money, they just want to be left alone to do as they please every single day.

Staff is totally worthless, 1 sign on the door says they open at 10am, a paper sign on the door says they open at 1pm, so you wait until 1:02 and the say they don’t open until 3pm on a Saturday. Store is full of worthless workers that won’t open to sell their goods, doubt the owner is able to keep it open long, they’ll be back unemployed again soon.

Stopped by for lunch today. I like to use the drive thru. The pizza we wanted wasn't prepared yet, so we were asked to come back in 10 minutes. Before I had a chance to come back through the drive thru, they brought the pizza out to my car. They didn't need to do that and it was very kind of them.

The place is always understaffed, which is not the employees fault, but this creates wait times upwards of 20 minutes. Ordered 2 pizzas through the app and got there, there were 3 people standing outside the doors which were locked (during operating hours), and 8 cars lined up in the drive through while the only two employes were standing in the back of the store making no effort to attend to any of the customers.

I love little ceasar I'm from ohio and while in myrtle beach my daughter had to have little ceasars. Well what a mistake not only was it a 25 min drive one way when we opened the pizza back at the hotel it was horrible it had a big air hole right threw it should have been thrown away at the store when they made it. If it wasn't so far I would go back but no why should I. I would not go there and it makes me think twice about little caesars if this is the type of people and stores they let operate.
