Very nice, clean dining room. Great selection of beer but food is very limited and takes FOREVER to make. NO ONE was there other than us and we still waited over 15 minutes for a panini and quesadilla. They were both decent enough but definitely not worth the wait. (Can't imagine how long we'd have waited if they were busy). No interest in going back unless it's just for a drink.

Well thought we would go with another couple and enjoy a night out. NOPE. First off you walk in and all the seats including the bar have reservation names on them Waitress says oh dont worry go ahead and sit they come in around 6 for trivia at 7!! Ok. Along comes semi flat chilled not cold beer and its a Tap House? 615 pm and we are told by waitress that the regulars will begin trickling in as we ordered another beer............Hint Hint. Sad state of affairs to run a business like this. Folks came in and started to give us looks as if HURRY UP. Just like sitting in the wrong church pew. 630 came and waitress changed name tags as Lisa was already there and it was her table I guess. Then STAN and group got there...we hurried and STAN almost breathed down my neck setting his beer in my place at the table. Oh and get ready to pay 4.75 bucks for a domestic draft too. Never going back and if I were you.........find a more respectful place who has some kind of desire for more business except Tuesday night Trivia by the Cult! Sad

We went on a Thursday night and had a blast playing music bingo! We started with the crab dip pretzel and it was AMAZING!We also tried the buffalo chicken dip & crab cakes. The crab cakes here are hands down the best crab cakes you’ll find in Myrtle Beach. Props to the chef, David & the bartender Tiff. Y’all rock!!! Can’t wait to come back again!

Met the new owners and they are great folks. Plenty of beer to choose from. Had the pesto chicken panini and it was killer! Shout out to Tiffany behind the bar and Dave in the kitchen. Great little spot!

The ambience is comfortable and the owners are amazing! We are visiting NMB and have visited it 3 times this week. It's a great place to stop and have a meal, appetizer or just one drink before heading back to the Airbnb. I highly recommend Main Street Taphouse

Had a great time there. Crab sliders were awesome. Like a Maryland crab cake should taste like. Crab dip was delicious. My fiance like the caramel apple martini. Have a great variety of beers. Would recommend for everyone to try it out.

We had an awesome time on Wednesday Open Mic Night with Luke Sharp. The new owners Kaitlyn Hobby and her husband were wonderful. Food and service was great!
My wife and I stopped here just to have some drinks after dinner. We didn't eat here and sat at the bar and ordered a beer each. There is a good assortment of local beers from micro breweries and there was live music which was a little too loud for the space but enjoyable. Bartender was very attentive to us. We would return to try the food.

If you are looking for Eastern Shore style Maryland Crab Cake's THEY ARE HERE !!! The only thing I was missing since moving here 3 years ago from Northern Virginia was REAL crab cakes. These baby's fall apart the way they are supposed to. Have eaten there 5 times and never disappointed. Not much of a craft beer guy, I go for the crab cakes.
