This location is the best one in North Myrtle Beach. The food is always cooked exactly how it's supposed to be. People are friendly. The one down the road sucks someone from. This location should train the other McDonald's in the area. Every time I get breakfast from anywhere. Besides this McDonald's, the eggs are slimy. And sloppy, the bacon's not cooked. It grosses me out. But you guys do an excellent job of making sure the food is cooked and looks and tastes the way it's supposed to.

Shout out to the lady who fixed my daughter fries at 9:30am because she was having a meltdown. I appreciate it so much! The staff here is amazing! She’s really an angel!

This McDonald's has a new policy. According to the first assistant manager, after years of allowing us to have water, you are no longer to have any water at this restaurant unless you pay for a full price soda. That also includes now refilling any containers or anything like that. I didn't realize this place was so hungry. After all these years, I don't think we'll be coming back here.

Unable to get out of the drive thru once entered and that is a death trap. Take the damn barriers down.Also, management is not incompetent. You know that the weekend nights are going to have a high volume of orders. Please staff more than 3 people to run the restaurant when the drive through is 22 cars deep. Make better choices and don’t stress out your employees. If you can’t adequately staff, you don’t deserve management positions.

I use the drive thru and things usually move pretty quickly. Most of the time they are friendly. If someone is not in a good mood I figure it may have to with the people they have had to deal with.

went through the drive through, didn’t get any sauces or straws, and got the wrong drink, when asked to get the right drink she told us it was a sweet tea when it was clearly a coke, lady at the window had a terrible attitude about giving us straws, sauces and would say “oh my god” under her breathe whenever asked to get the things she forgot

Poor service when dealing with the manager during the day. She is flat out rude everytime there is an issue. Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald's to me or I wouldn't even spend my money here.

Couldn't figure out how to place a order with their kiosk so I walked next door to Cracker Barrel, had a nice server that brought my food in less time than I spent trying to use McDonalds self service. I guess when I want self service, I male my own meal at home?
