There are a swarm of giant hornets literally blocking the stairs every single day. Hundreds of them. Cannot get an answer from the owners. Very dangerous especially with allergies like I have. Need pest control before a lawsuit is brought up.

My family of 5 and I were extremely disappointed with our condominium rental from Elliott Realty the week of July 16-23, 2022. Upon entering Ocean Garden Villas P2, the odor of MOLD and visible cockroaches streaming about immediately ruined the vacation. But it gets better! There were sticky children's handprints ALL OVER the Televisions and windows. The floors were dusty and filthy from beach sand, OBVIOUSLY Never cleaned. There was urine on the toilet seat even though the “sanitized” band was around the seat. The water filter needed to be changed on the refrigerator as chunks of black stuff came out instead of water. My husband immediately called Elliott Realty and we were told they would send someone out to clean the unit. That was Saturday night…..cleaning crew came on Wednesday. What was the point when the vacation was half over and I did the cleaning myself! They even refused to take the cleaning charge off the bill! MOLD was around the entire unit, coming from the AC vents, bathtubs and windows. My daughter became physically ill and needed the constant use of her inhaler, my mother developed a deep cough as well. To pay $2400 for a week with these conditions is deplorable! We had to purchase our own pots and pans as what was provided were unusable. DO NOT VACATION THROUGH ELLIOTT REALTY! The company is not friendly and has no customer service skills at all. The photos on the website were NOT what we received, bait and switch!

Place is cute in the photos, but when we arrived there was damage to the kitchen, the bathroom, and the ceiling had water damage. The place wasn’t clean - there was food left on the floor and in the freezer from the previous renters, leading to a roach issue. There was also mold in the bathroom. The property management group was awful and hadn’t sent anyone to deep clean after calling them 3 times. Linens and towels are not included in the high rental price, and we had to pay $100 extra in total to get enough for the room. Needless to say I will not be back here, nor will I rent from Elliott realty again. The only good thing about this place is the beach access and ocean view.

Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath family friendly oceanfront condos. Swimming pool. Washer and dryer in some units, but there is a coin op on the property if not in the unit. Off street parking.
This is a great spot in North Myrtle Beach. It is close to tons of amenities, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort town.

Great place, but the person that watches over the place in exchange for free or reduced rent needs to understand that she owns nothing and stop acting like the place is hers to control every move a guess makes. Will not return because of this uppity person
