This is the best Outback in MB. Food and service is always outstanding. All of the wait staff are so friendly and attentive. Food comes out quick and hot and our orders have always been right. At least one manager always comes by and welcomes you and another usually follows to ask how your food is. I know restaurants have big turnover in staff but everyone has always been very courteous at NMB Outback. Ask for Kymber’s section, she will take care of you like you are the only table she is working.

Sheena was an amazing server. She was very friendly and personable. She was also super attentive with our service while taking care of a party of 20+ customers. We were also very impressed with the manager Teresa who immediately took our drink order to help Sheena out. She was also incredibly friendly and offered her catering services to our businesses. She throughly explained the catering side of Outback which I was not aware of. I’ve been dining at Outback for decades and this was by far the best experience. Both employees are top notch service industry professionals.

I had Emily as my server. She is ver knowledgeable about the menu and the LTO going on right now and suggestively upsold me on the 8 oz filet that was cooked to a perfect medium rare. 1000% recommend coming and requesting her as a server!!!
