First place my fiancé and I stopped at when we arrived to Myrtle Beach and I must say, what a great experience. The atmosphere is chill. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We were seated soon as we walked in. Rachel came and greeted us within 1-2 minutes. We got our drinks and she came back within 3-5 minutes to take our orders. The food came out fast and it was so good. Everything was good. They have the best French Fries ever. I definitely recommend giving them a try. Oh and the outdoor seating is near water. Very peaceful and pleasant.

My daughter, husband, and I dined at River City Cafe yesterday, where our experience turned into a nightmare. Despite enduring atrocious service, it took us 45 minutes just to get someone's attention to take our order and fetch us drinks. Our waitress was dismissive and rude, and it took an additional hour for our food to reach the table, even after it was ready in the kitchen for 15 minutes. When it finally arrived, we ordered the Nacho-something burger with jalapenos. However, the meat appeared off, with a strange odor and a grayish hue. Despite my initial reservations, I took a few bites before realizing something was seriously wrong. I ended up feeling sick as a dog afterward, experiencing vomiting, stomach pains, and diarrhea. While I'm certain it was due to the meat, the possibility of cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. When I reached out to the director of operations, their response was dismissive, asking if we had seen a doctor. As someone working in home health care, I am familiar with the symptoms of food poisoning and didn't see the need to seek medical attention. River City Cafe's negligence not only ruined our meal but also jeopardized our health. I feel that the director of operations should have offered to at least refund us. Or make it right I'm on vacation out-of-state. My insurance does not pick up here. And I do not feel like going to the Doctor to be told. I have food poisoning when I already know. That's what I have unless they would offer to pay for that visit. Then we would all gladly go
