The quality of the cleaning and customers service is terrible.Im not a picky person but the manager in this location should be fired!!The way she treat me was so unprofessional, we had a conflict with another customer who cuts the line and I've mentioned that to her , from that point she start screaming and making a scene, I told her that's OK don't worry about it I just want my sandwich... she grabbed my sandwich and throw that on the line asking me in the rudest way as possible "WHAT DO YOU WANT ON YOUR SANDWICH?"AT THAT POINT I TOLD HER ILL PASS AND I LEFT.Very unprofessional, place was very dirty .If subway want to investigate further it happened on April 14th 2024 at 2.30pmThere's was a white teenage and an older black lady (she's the one)Terrible and will never go back again.

Server was talking directly over food- like his head was down and was talking into the food. When asked to stop doing that, he still continued to do so.Will not eat here again.

The sub was great but spit is a topping I didn’t ask for. I would just rather not risk eating saliva with the employees talking directly over customers subs. Even after being asked not to speak inches over my sub while making it the employee carried on his conversation as if I was inconveniencing him by my request. It’s just unsanitary.

Manager was rude as hell ! She had a very bad attitude from the moment I entered and didn’t even try to smile at me or any other customers. She was slow and from what I can see, treating the other worker poorly. Going through the rest of the reviews you can clearly see i’m not the only person who was unhappy with my visit or the customer service. I also overheard another customer say they saw her drop something on the floor, pick it up and then proceeded to throw it back into the containers with the rest of the food toppings ?!!! Customer service WILL be contacted ! Threw out my food and walked out IMMEDIATELY!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE !!!!!!

RUDE MANAGER!Disrespectful to employees and to us clients!Told us not to eat in the dining area and it was 6:30 p.m. We spent over $20 on sandwiches and we're asked to not eat there and she continued to be very rude and loud to everyone throwing things around moving chairs speaking loudly to her employees who were very disgruntled about the entire situation. One employee said she didn't care anymore because it was such a disaster there. When they ran out of green peppersthe manager says then there are no more green peppers and she wouldn't be slicing anything more. Sadly this Subway is run poorly and is not a very enticing environment. We will not come back and we live in North Myrtle Beach. Hope the company gets the message and does something to correct the situation.

The manger was incredibly rude. She talks to her employees like dogs and her customers even worse.She yelled at multiple customers for taking too long to eat so they could clean an hour before closing.They close the lobby at 6 pm when the place does not close until 8.On top of all that she is directly rude to the Wal-Mart employees.Worst Manger I've ever met completely unqualified and unprofessional!

Destinee was at the counter. This is probably the most unfriendly service I have ever gotten. Obviously she didn’t want to be there. Not only unpleasant but super slow. A line started to build and the manager stayed in the back putting a truck order away instead of helping. Haven’t been to subway in a while… now I remember why. We will never return to this location.
