Killer happy hour menu. Ranch dressing isn’t great nor were the onion rings. The vibe of the whole place is 10/10 though.The food was as expected. Didn’t blow my mind but was satisfactory.

Small over priced portions. Cheese steak was small and not much meat.They definitely did not copy from Philly as they say they did. I guess it's just typical BLAH corporate food. Where they show you great pics of food but u get something very different. Bait and switch..literally. they upcharge mac and cheese side. The portion is toddler size. And tasted like my kids made it from a 1$box of kraft. There are way better places to spend your money at for higher quality food at the same price or better. This food is good mostly for people that are there drinking heavy and dont know what they are eating. I WISH I would have read their recent reviews. Definitely won't be back.

We were very disappointed. From the moment we walked in and were not acknowledged for at least 15 minutes, though there were staff members coming and going from the hostess stand, not one of them made eye contact to say “we will be with you in a moment.” To the meal where neither of us got what we actually ordered and when brought to our servers attention, there was no attempt to rectify the problem - no offer to take it back to the kitchen to make it right, no visit from the manager to investigate the matter and no explanation for why our order was not what we had actually ordered. We ordered drinks - my Bloody Mary tasted terrible, I think the mix had gone bad. It was not drinkable. When brought to our server’s attention, we were told “sorry but all alcohol sales are final.” Which I understand under normal circumstances but in this case I’m pretty sure the mix was outdated. I literally took one sip and almost spit it back out. Maybe we just caught them on an off night, but I don’t think we will go back. The reason I gave them a 2 versus a 1 is because the food they brought us, even though it was not what we ordered, was still decent.

The soda in my mixed drink was without syrup. I sent it back with the same mixture. After my drink return they preceded to take 1 hour for our salads to be served. I believe it was payback for my returned

Sports bar with American bar food. Server did a great job.
Love this place! Large menu and a great place for kids to play. The food is always delicious. Happy hour is fab too! My only complaint is that they seem short staffed. But the servers are always friendly!
Bartender doing shots with customers, Asked for a soda, he forgot. Dropped knife on way to table and went to get another, forgot and did not come back. Had to walk to walk upbto bar to request knife. And again to request the bill.

Nice place, but the service was horrendous. Found out after that they are owned by the same people as the Sneaky Begal. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I would not return to either establishment. I worked in the bar business at all levels of staffing all the way up to GM and have not seen such poor customer service. Will not return or give either a chance to win me back. Dont go. There are too many good places to try dont waste precious time and money on this restaurant.
Waited an hour and 15 minutes for our appetizers and 2 hours for our entrees to arrive, our food arrived cold and bland. The manager said they would discount our food and gave us a %5-10 discount. Place has a fun atmosphere but that’s about it.

Don't go on trivia night if you're hungry! Waited 45 minutes for waitress to take our orders, then they were not made as requested, one guy didn't even get his order! Afterwards had to wait another 1/2 hour for checks, which were also incorrect! Terrible service on a busy night, obviously understaffed.
