Not a fan. Marinara sauce is thick and chunky. It has flavor but I could do without the chunks of tomato.They serve a beans and greens mix, along with a tomato, cucumber, and onion salad, with every meal. I told our waitress we did not want it but she insisted. We didn't care for it and it was wasted. My wife got cheese ravioli and found it bland. The cheese ravioli is not on the menu. I had chicken parmigiano and thought it was bland as well. I did not receive the pasta that was supposed to go with my dinner. Bottom line, if I say I don't want something It means I don't want it. I dislike seeing food wasted. I don't want a waiter to hound me into taking it. This is a one and done experience for me.

Meal started with a delicious bean salad that I would call more of a soup. The green salad consisted of tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion enjoyed by me. My husband would have liked a more traditional salad and is not a fan of beans. The pasta , to share, was delicious to me but my husband didn't like the sauce. The main course consisted of an incredible plate (platter) of fried eggplant topped with cheese and sauce. It was delicious but too much for one person. My husband was disappointed in the chicken Parmesan and after tasting it, I agreed the chicken didn't cut it.

Due to the atmosphere (very loud---and hot --- we were seated (a party of 4) like sardines in the carolina room) We had to sit on PLASTIC CHAIRS!!! really? For the prices of your Food, you don't have real furniture for the dinning experience? Nope, Nope - never again and would not recommend.

Huge size Pork Chops and Steak signature entrees, with unique sides for meals including Beans and Greens, Tomato-Cuke salad, and angel hair pasta. However sauce is a bit spicy and not true "Italian", glass wine choices are very limited, and restaurant is very crowded and noisy ( not the place for a romantic Itiam dinner). Prices are reasonable given large portion sizes... Restaurant is a good Grand Strand vacationers food stop, but not necessarily ideal for true Italian lovers...

Went with 3 other people. I had the Lobster Ravioli dinner with a perfectly executed spicy vodka sauce.My wife had Veal Umberto, which was full of artichokes, which is what she was hoping for, full of flavor. Other guest had chicken picata, which she said took a second place only to her sicilian sister from italy that made it when they visited Italy. The last guest had grouper that he stated was the best grouper he had ever had. That was the main meal. Before the main meal, there were four dishes served separately over time. This reminded us very much of our suppers in Venice where a meal was an event and took some time, which allows the guest to mingle and even carry conversations with the tables next to you. This was a great din ing experiance. The hostess to the sever offered a class service.

I've been coming here constantly every year with my parents and its yet to disappoint. This restaurant's atmosphere is unmatched, the food is amazing and the waiters never fail to put a smile on my face. this restaurant is an all around happy place, like the workers actually want to be there. As a customer, this is what I look for in a great restaurant, people that care. But besides this, the food is absolutely amazing. The taste these dishes bring to a person's taste buds is very unbalanced, in a good way. The food contains flavors, tenderness, and a sea of seasonings. Many restaurants are able to satisfy my cravings, but none like this one.

Wow!!! What an excellent find!!! The food is fabulous, the Wait Staff are Exceptional, the atmosphere is wonderful!!! Best Calamari I have had in the US!!! Be sure to come hungry; for everything is plentiful and delicious!!! I highly recommend!!!
