Took several minutes to answer to take our order, after 15 minutes with the other two vehicle orders in front of us. At the window, additional waiting time with no vehicles in the parking lot. Will never visit there again.
They don’t even acknowledge you. No way you’re that busy with two cars. Manager/Owner needs to step in and do something. Many negative reviews. Just close down at this point. Not sure how you’re making a profit if employees don’t want to take orders.
