HORRIBLE customer service in theirGeneral manager Dixie Miller. I had a $20 gift card from a previous HORRIBLE experience….. I placed my order thru the app and was unable to put the gift card info in so I chose inside pickup…. Also no option to not pay when placing an app order….. I went inside as I was told when I called and presenter the gift card… was told I couldn’t use it since I paid for my order…. Explained I called and there was no option not to pay….waitress called the GM Dixie Miller and she said the gc I have was only to be used inside….i told her as I looked over the card there was NO WHERE ON THE CARD THAT SAID IT HAD TO BE USED INSIDE AT THE RESTAURANT…. She said “well those cards can only be used inside”. Again doesn’t say that. I ripped the card up and asked for a refund of my almost $60 meal. TOTALLY explains why there were only 2 families eating in there when I went in on a Sunday at 7pm. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

Ordered curb side pick up and waited and waited but no one came out with my order . I went inside and you guess it they seen me there park and waiting but no one care enough to come out with my order well just too lazy. Never will come here again. Then the lady said your order was ready a long time ago. Does that even matter.

I found if you go into this place around noon or so that the service is pretty good. If you decide to go there for dinner, good luck getting drinks or food in a timely manner.

I ordered the burger n broccoli with cheese because they use the same oil for the seafood,fries n other food I’m allergic to seafood so I didn’t ordered fried food it came out cold no cheese on the broccoli they said they didn’t have any cheese for the broccoli my burger meat was broken in the bun we had a nice waiter tho

Only had people sitting at 5 or 6 tables had 15 to 20 people standing around waiting to be seated they was not seating anyone else said something about they were short staffed so most of us walked out
Not busy at all, they are so lazy and slow, they took a hour to bring our food out since we ordered. Food is not perfect as well. Never come back.

I hate doing this but omg, Just horrible from start to miserable finish. Our server was all over the place, the food was blaahhh at best. Took an hour for my step daughter to get her badly prepared drink and at no time was there any kind of apology or anything like that. Worst Applebee's experience I've personally ever

The last few visits were good. The food was as expected. The bar drinks were good in my last few visits as well but the most recent visit wasn't as expected. The bartender must think sugar makes everything taste good, it doesn't. All of my beverages were overly sweet and syrupy. The bartender was nice and provided great service even though the drinks weren't that great.
