Last few times I ordered here, my order is always wrong .I have tomato allergy .I ask for no ketchup on my food every order and they still put it on every time. But other than that I like this location just wish they watch the order screen
I went to this place last night just to order a simple meal for me and my kid.. the drive thru person was not only rude but had the nerve to blatantly lie to my face! The restaurant had an hour before closing and she boldly shot me that quick lie to tell me they only had 1 whopper left!??! I have never heard no ish like that in my life and if that person don’t like working nights she needs to give it up. I’m a huge fan of Burger King and the service I received last night I will never step to that establishment again!

This place is ridiculous come through the drive through and got the new patty melt me and my daughter and it was horrible took it back to get my money they only refund one sandwich said the other they couldn’t refund because it had been tasted Ive never been to a Burger King like this it awful service and the people work there is pretty lazy this sandwich was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever bought in my life and had grease dripping off of it and they have no manners to treat there customers like they did us

Come through bought a sandwich. It was disgusting greasy tried to get a refund. Will not let you have a refund back. Do not eat here. They are lazy and do not cook your food, right and very rude tell them I want a corporate number what they can tell me they are individually owned, and it’ll just come right back to them anyways Awful service
My mother and I have went to the drive-thru to get a little snack. When my mom ordered the large fries, they didn't include it in the order. The workers were being stupid and arrogant as hell. The lady at the drive-thru window told my mom that they don't allow add-on at the window which is stupid. I wish they would do an investigation. Don't go there again!!!!! ??

A third employee walked away from the registers as we were approaching. No one acknowledged us.We left Burger King and went to Arby's and were acknowedged right away & received super service.

Slow, Slow ,Slow, and it wasn't packed at all, I o ly ordered 3 things and it took an hour to get it. The service socks, too many attitudes, (I should been the one with an attitude due to I had to wait and hr, to get my food). They need to do better.

Ordered two whopper jr’s, an 8 piece nugget and a honey mustard chicken wrap. They gave us the whopper jrs and two 8 pc nuggets instead of the wrap. We told the girl at the window & she got snappy & said it was on the side of the bag. After taking everything out & confirming the wrap was missing, they had us pull up. Pulled off after getting it and took a couple of bites & something was off. They used an original chicken sandwich patty instead of the the crispy chicken. I even called to make sure before I left the review. I was disgusted. Half the patty had no meat in it.
