We waited 40 minutes at 3 in the afternoon for undercooked nuggets, fries and flat pops. Maybe this is a new one and they don't have it down yet but I would avoid it for the time being

My son loves Chick-fil-a. He probably eats there once a week. We are used to amazing customer service in our home town. When we stopped in this location while passing through on vacation we expected the same but alas I guess what they say about southern hospitality is not true. The entire staff was rude. Messed up the order and refused to offer any help. I stood by the register waiting for help and several employees walked right by me without even looking at me. This included who I assume was the manager. I would never go back here. My son asked for ice cream but I refused to give this terrible location any more of my money so we got cookies elsewhere.
The worst customer service from any Chick-fil-a I have been to. Please teach your employees that fixing your mistakes is more important than a $1.79 upcharge.

I got a chicken Caesar wrap and the whole thing was nasty, way too much chicken and lettuce that was brown! Never going back again. All this after waiting so long to get our food.

It was disappointing to see staff on break sitting in customer seats with their feet up on the seats. Another staff member walked around with a face to looked like he was not interested in being there. The guy cleaning the area where customers were Warren was

It’s Chick-fil-a! The place was crazy busy and the staff still did a great job, someone even offered to refill our drinks.
