Not bad. Stopped here to get The lineup is crazy. You'll end up waiting about 30 minutes to get a sandwich. By the time we got ours I was ready to go home. They forgot our drinks and they're also not enough bathrooms there

Ordered a salad….. no thanks. lol it was basic. The macaroni and cheese was ok. You can tell it was fresh and hot. Service was good but I’m gonna stick to the subs lol

Stopped here on our way home from vacation at 3:00 on a Saturday (non peak time). Excited to have an option other than burgers and chicken sandwiches. Did not end up ordering because no one came to the register or even acknowledged that we were there. There were several workers in the kitchen preparing food but no one to take an order or offer a friendly “hello, I’ll be with you in a few”. And we noticed the trash was overflowing so while I understand that food has to be prepared, other duties need to be tended to as well. We settled for a chicken sandwich up the street with fast, friendly, great service.

Stopped here on a road trip. It was pretty busy on a late Sunday morning but the staff handled the rush well, only one order (out of 9) was incorrect. We didn't have to wait very long at all for our food. Everything was fairly clean. The cashier was doing his job but could not have cared less about it. ? But we came here for food, not lively conversation. Would stop here again if in the area.

Got to the location after putting in online order. They claimed they "accidentally" gave out my order. Waited 30 more minutes. Order was wrong. When I asked for a remake the cook started screaming she was tired of remaking food like it was my fault they didn't do their job right. NEVER again will I spend my money here. A waste of $50.

Came to this location because it was relatively new and closer to our home than other locations. I should have just went to West Columbia. I went through the drive-through and the girl taking my order just wasn't nice at all. I told her what I wanted and after I asked if they came with drinks. She barked back with "you didn't ask for combos." Usually any other firehouse subs asks me if I want to make it a combo. She didn't ask if I wanted a half or whole sub, so she took it upon herself to make it a half. Which isn't what I wanted. I was just thoroughly disappointed with the customer service. I was extremely nice and I would expect the same energy. I also filled out the survey on the receipt and requested a call back, but never heard anything. Probably won't waste another 30 buck for 2 small sandwiches here again.
