This place is awful! I am trying to order food for my mom FOR her birthday!!! I live out of the city but my mom would have came to pick the order up! While asking a simple question as to whether or not my card can be taken over the phone, he starts to talk about WARRANTS, FILING REPORTS, ASKING FOR MY MOM’s driver’s license.. just in case “I’m a scammer”’! I told him “I’m literally ordering a pizza. It’s not that serious, I’m giving you my payment information”. He said “it is that serious to me!” he did not make me feel welcomed at all! I don’t know if it was the owner or who, but that man was so rude! I just wanted to order a pizza. A scammer?! This place is a joke!

5 stars for the young lady working. Placed an order online and got there before it was ready. Young lady said she was the manager and no one else showed up to work. She was running the place by herself. She was super nice, rose was right, and pizza was hot. Franchise owner should be ashamed that this happened though.

Was staying in a hotel in Orangeburg, ordered Marco’s Pizza to be delivered at 9:30 paid by credit card, at 9:00 I got a call saying the delivery driver quit and would not be getting my pizza, did I want a refund, well yes I did. So at 9:00 on a Wednesday night in a small town my food choices were done, I did not eat dinner, and went on my bank account the next day and saw no credit, when my wife called she was given the wrong store number to call corporate and was told it would be about 10 days to receive my refundNever again with Marco’s lost my businessI would rather eat canned soup heated in the microwave than order from Marco’s again

He makes the best pizza, knows you by name, remembers your order when you order the same thing each week lol, and brings your pizza to you instead of just throwing it up on the counter. He makes sure the ingredients are fresh and makes the pizza how you like it. He repeats your toppings back to you and shows you that your order even if it is just 1 pizza a week matters. Thank you, CK! Your customer service is outstanding and the pizza is top-notch!
