While I normally appreciate the fast service and good food, this morning I was very disappointed in the service. I spent 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting on a coffee. There were only four people ahead of me in line. At least 10 people passed me as I waited. This is ridiculous!

We ordered our food from the kiosk which was not a problem at all. But then we proceeded to have to wait 20 minutes standing up at the counter while the lady bagging food ignored our order that was ready for and extra 10 whole minutes. Her excuse was that we ordered at the kiosk so she didn't know where the order was supposed to go. Other people were asked about there orders and what they were waiting on but not us.
