I pulled up in the cubside park could not get them to answer the phone! And the email would not work to let them know I was there! Called in two times and still had to walk in and the guy said he are shot of help 4 people in there and 1 was sitting at a table wirh her back to the people on her phone 1 was standing with his back to the people on his phone another one came in door and answered the phone while I am being handed my pizza!! Why have cubeside pick if u don't do it!!

Former employee 20 years ago and have spent over thousands of dollars with pizza hut and I've had it with what just took place. Placed order of $78, order was said to be ready at 4:05 for curbside pickup. My lady and 2 month old child who is fussing arrive at 4:10. I'm texted she's there I try numerous times to hit the I'm here button in the email and it would not work. Called the store number, the automated machine says the order is ready. Waited until 4:30 called and hit change order to be able to get an answer. Let them know that she was out there for some time which wasn't needed you can clearly see the vehicle in the spot needed for pickup which was described as asked online for what vehicle would be picking up the order, add to that the girl brought a couple of orders out during this time to other customers and was clearly seen looking our vehicle. Was told we didn't notify them we were out there. I tried it wouldn't let me. The girl told me ok I'll bring it out. 15 mins later of being on the phone with my lady and seeing what's going on she said the girl is at the door just standing there opening the door for people coming in and out. My lady who is dealing with a crying baby goes inside, our food is sitting on the counter and was asked if she wanted them to bring it out to her. YOU HAVE LOST OUR BUSINESS.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. GONE 3 SEPERATE TIMES AND EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY MESS UP OUR PIZZA AND BLAME US FOR IT. we ordered a half meat lovers half cheese . Just cheese . And instead u give us a half ham and cheese and half meat lovers. Then they say it's our fault and won't help. I am beyond pissed and absolutely livid. Shame on you and your establishment for messing up our food and refusing to fix it. I ordered a specific easy food and you mess it up every single time we go. I cannot stress that this is not the first time. I have ordered there 3 times in the last year and 3 times they give us the wrong food. I want something done about this because management needs to take action. Your customers deserve better.
