Slow. Food was old and gross. The waitress was very nice but everything was broken including the lock on the bathroom stall door, and the card reader.

Very poor service and they were out of several items, i.e. steaks and burgers. Did not tell us until after we were seated. Our food was cold, because the waitress didn't check on it. She was too busy talking to the other workers and sitting at other tables. We had to go to the bar area to pay, because she never came back to collect our money.

The first thing we were told as we entered the restaurant is what they were out of—burgers, pasta, ribeye steaks, New York strip steaks, Texas toast, mozzarella strips. Well that left the salad bar, baked potatoes, fries, chicken and salmon. Ok so I’m eating healthy tonight whether I want it or not. We waited 20 minutes for water and drinks. I asked for a side salad and was told they don’t make them. We then received our meal. I ordered a baked potato and broccoli. Not bad but the baked potato was dry with no butter. So I had a dry, baked potato with nothing on it despite asking for butter which I never received. I guess I should be happy for the lack of cholesterol—right? Who in their right mind serves a baked potato with nothing on it? I guess they were out of butter too. I’ll never come back to this place—when I eat out I prefer a full menu, prompt service, condiments and buttered baked potatoes.

Restaurant was dirty, tables not bussed, silverware dirty, salad bar unkept, not super busy but service was slow, manager was lost, we have always had good experiences at this store, owner needs to look at their employees

We were told wait 15 minutes, before being seated, all good so far. We were seated in 15 minutes, after that we were totally ignored. Waited 30 minutes with nobody even acknowledging we were there ? Finally our party of three decided after 10 more minutes we would just leave. And leave we did……please stay away from this joint if you want to stay happy!?

Man at the reception desk did not greet me when I came in. The staff was low in the kitchen and there was a large party they were catering to. I asked to have a drink in the bar and I was never acknowledged to go in or not. The customers around me were very friendly and patient about the waiting experience. I finally followed the customer sitting next to me in the bar and got salad bar to be able to eat. Disappointing experience.

I understand that we arrived at 9 PM and closing was 10 PM, however, we ordered the Garden Bar, which has always been a favorite, and it was ridiculous. Most of the food was gone, no carrots, onions, croutons, grapes (all the crunchy goodies, crackers.....all home with no effort to replenish. Most of the staff , seemed to not want to be there . When we did leave at 9:50 PM, the front doors were locked.I've worked in a food service industry and I get it, I would never enter a place less than 30 min before closing BUT we could NEVER locke the doors early or offer less service than those who dined earlierI've missed Ruby Tuesday since we don't have them in Tampa, but this one ruined.it for me.

Ordered 6 oz ribeye medium rare and ribs. Ribs came out cold, steak was a thin poor cut of meat, flavorless, and over cooked. Baked potatos were out of stock. It was a disappointment. Sat and the bar, service was good, salad bar was good. But very disappointed with my entree.

Went there 4-7-24 after church for a quick meal. Upon arriving the restaurant had just opened and only a few customers there. I had the app with the Under 10 special which was a steak and baked potato. We waited for a while and had to ask for our waiter (who was a middle aged man.) Still we waited to order and waited and waited for our food. Our waiter saw my app and intended to use it. Finally after waiting for my bill he bought the bill and told me it would not take my code and I would have to pay regular price of around $20. No way was I going to pay for a thin tuff steak. Took it home to my dog. He left and finally came back with the reduced bill. So basically I paid $10 for a baked potato. It was almost 2 and a half hours until we left. I live locally and have eaten here many times. I won’t be back! Lousy service and uneatable food.

Waited 1 hour for seating. Still no service. Left and when to Wendy's.Ruby Tuesday claimed a kitchen problem . I believe the cook quit. Or a server left.Very disappointed.
