My card was charged twice for the same meal but they did refund my money for the second charge I would advise to only use cash.Parking: Parking in front of the store is out of the question. But, there is more parking in the rest of the mall area to park you just have to walk a bit.Kid-friendliness: Not much for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

Worst customer experience EVER!!! I will not be going back there! Their staff was absolutely nasty to me. It was obvious that they did not like their jobs, especially since they said over and over that they hated their * exploitive* job in front of me. One girl said she was not dealing with me and passed me off to the other girl. Horrible experience!!!! Do not eat here!

It had LOCKED DOORS at 8:40pm, while clearly marked "Open until 9:00pm"! No one came to the door, I was yelled at "We close at 8:40pm"! No customers in the dining area! Clearly she didn't want to serve anyone, she didn't want to work! Why do you advertise one thing, and let unmotivated employees slack and do nothing! I will not be dining at Subway in the future, the one you employ has tarnished your name! If anyone ask, I will tell them about my TERRIBLE experience! Thumbs DOWN on service!??

The morning employees are awesome. They always have a great attitude and they always make sure my breakfast sandwich is loaded with all the toppings I order. I’m there a couple times a week for breakfast and at this point they know my order. Love it.

I walked in..... not greeted. There were three people in front of me. I listened to the 3 workers talking to each other and not giving good customer service. One told the other that he was standing too close, he told her that he could go home. The back and forth between the three got on my last nerve so I walked out and went to the Subway on St Matthews road much better service and she was working alone.

Can I give them 0 stars? I placed an order via the mobile app on 12.24.22. As I was on the way to pickup the order I received a call from the store and was informed they were closed (even though I was able to place the order and was charged for it). This was the 2nd Subway that I had this happen on the same day and informed the lady that called that I was already charged and she said they were closed and I would have to contact my bank to get my money back. When I asked her for the phone number for the corporate office so I could speak with someone and inform them of the situation I was hung up on and then when I called back no one would answer the phone. DO BETTER SUBWAY!
