So we noticed some changes to the menu that affected what we always got. But Hayiley explained and accommodated for us. Which was awesome because we both have autism so it messed with us when the changes to the menu. But she did a good job explaining everything, and she went I've exactly what we wanted and was so polite and patient with us. Last week we came to this Taco Bell and had a great experience. We came back today and it was like a different restaurant. The staff was surly and uncooperative, the food was mediocre. We probably won’t be back.

Only complaint I had: as we drove away and I reach in the bag, the taco I grabbed had also stuck to the next item and unwrapped& dumped the content of that item all over my bag.
