We are moving to the area soon and tried this restaurant last night. There was a miscommunication and the owner made it right immediately. You cannot find customer service anymore but we did last night at Phil's! This will be our new favorite restaurant in the new area we call home.

The food is great and the service is always so good as well. Tonight, our two month old was not the happiest, so the owner asked if she could help us with her so we could enjoy our meal. Our daughter loved her and went right to sleep in her arms.So thoughtful and helpful.
Great food and nice staff. They are always packed waiting outside for table. I think they would profit greatly to build on an extra dining room. If you've never been you should just arrive
