The atmosphere is beautiful cosy and comfortable.The service is spot on and perfect and the food is amazing out of all restaurants I have been to around the world this is in my top 10Kid-friendliness: I brought my two toddlers and the waitress was awesome with them!

Wonderful experience. We are from NYC and have enjoyed many an Italian meal. The food and service was excellent.The ravioli was light with a delicate red sauce not overpowing the pasta. Will return soon

Stopped here on the way back to charleston after seeing night of a thousand candles at brookgreen gardens (highly recommend that!) This food was delicious! I haven't found a great Italian restaurant down in Charleston, but this place checks the box. The bread, the dipping oil, the pasta, it was all wonderful. (I'm also reviewing this 3 Months later so that's how you know it was a memorable experience) The service was fantastic and the dining room was decorated for Christmas which made it nice and cozy to complete our date night. I think this will be a yearly tradition to stop on the way up to see the lights.

We had a very memorable meal with great service here. We had a drink at the bar and our bartender Brant was friendly and made excellent drinks for us. Our server was Jackie and she was kind and very attentive. We had Gio's meatball as an appetizer and it was amazing! I had shrimp and scallop scampi and my husband had the veal Marsala. Both were so delicious and very memorable, and reasonably priced for the large portions. We will definitely be going back!

Gio's truly is the best restaurant in Pawleys. Service was friendly and impeccable, but above all the food is superb. Their pasta with pancetta and broccolini is one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. The lobster ravioli is also superb. Cocktails were also great.

Ordered the Pesce del Mar which had scallops shrimp and claw lobster meat. It was very well prepared in a marinara sauce. Another dish was the lasagna with meat which was also very good. A bit pricey but quality food.

So it's Saturday night and we were excited to order takeout from Gios. My wife and I had eaten there several times and the food was great. My first call I was promptly put on hold. I waited on hold for five minutes, then the person who answered the phone hung up. Ok things happen... So, I re-dialed and was out on hold again. This time, I waited over five minutes and Gios never came back to the phone so I hung up. At this point I'm curious if the manager/owner will take the time to call me back, make things right and take my order. I can be reached at 617-510-0178. If no call back, well, they just lost a local customer. Let's see if Gio's cares about their customers...
