Food is good when they get it right. Sadly that's almost never. I KEEP ordering the salami pesto sandwich, and every time they somehow forget the salami & pesto in a salami pesto sandwich .... no one returns calls from customer support..

Your phone number is no good, called 5 times... goes to a voicemail like a personal phone. Tried ordering online but didn't see anywhere to add onions, nor was I certain what chips I was going to grab... so you cant just order the sandwiches and pick out your drinks and chips on site. Very dumb.

I never go inside I always do an online order or window order...the workers are always friendly and their attitudes are always on point..subs are great and everything is neat and always in the bag..they never disappoint me...thanks JJ!!!!?
Better off going to Jersey mikes right next door. One piece of turkey on a sandwich is what you get. Had more cheese then meat.

Although I love Jimmy John's, and I really get when places are busy... BUT all I want is for someone to acknowledge that I'm standing there waiting to order. Unless being treated like you were invisible. I ended up walking out.
The sandwiches were great quality. The employees were busy cleaning, so they didn't say much to me. The restaurant is clean and has a good atmosphere. We got our sandwiches to go and will definitely come back again.

Ordered online for pick up as the site said delivery was not available in my area (5 minutes away), no biggie as maybe they didn’t have any drivers this evening. My daughter went to pick it up and was treated very rudely by the associate running the window. Her and my wife ate after returning with the food, I wasn’t hungry at that time and waited awhile. My bad in that as I didn’t realize that they gave me the wrong sandwich until after they were closed. Ordered a giant roast beef and turkey (bootlegger club) and received a turkey and avocado instead. The sandwich is ok tasting but not what I ordered or was in the mood for. Not so much upset about it as I am about the attitude the window guy gave my daughter.

Jimmy John's is always good, but this little spot had a great outdoor patio. The service was fast and friendly. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. We stopped on our way out of town.

We chose Jimmy John’s to provide sandwiches to the opening of the pool party for our small community everthing was wrapped individually. They gave us a vegetarian, roast beef, turkey, and ham with condiments at a budget cost. You made our party successful ?

The people here are pretty rude. They don't know how to say thank you or "come back". The food is decent (the franchise sees to that) but when you're unappreciated, there's always a another sandwich shop down the street. The new management needs to take note. The tourists are only here 3 months so you need to take care of the locals.
