Tell you what. Lots of my friends say go to jersey mikes but I must say. I stopped at subway and got a meat ball hero (the boss number 6 and it was excellent. Nice clean place. I will go back for sure. I recommend. !

The food at Subway is always good.. the service at the one in Pawleys Island is absolutely horrible. I'm not sure how you walk into a place and the person that is making your sandwich never speaks a word the entire time. But it seems to be the way that this place works all the time. Multiple times I have walked in and the customer service is absolutely horrible. It doesn't take that much to speak or smile to someone. I don't usually comment on things like this but I am so tired of going to Subway and being treated like dirt. You can speak to your customers and you can smile it's okay

Worst experience ever. Order a footlong , not toasted. They toasted it so asked if I could have a sandwich not toasted. Lady making sandwiches tossed the bread to the garbage and threw the meat onto another loaf of bread. I then asked if there was anyway I could get the sandwich without the melted cheese. She said she was going to throw more cheese on it. I like cold sandwiches, not warm meat and melted cheese. She wasn't going to make me a sandwich the way I asked so I had to leave without a sandwich after waiting 25 minutes in line. I understand they were busy but this was totally unacceptable customer service. All I asked for was the sandwich I ordered.

DISSAPOINTMENT...After watching your TV ad, reflecting your new line of sandwiches, especially your Italian Hoggie. I couldn't wait to try it. What I got was a dissapointing poor constructed sandwich. Not even close what I saw on your ad. I don't think I will be buying any food from your store.

I got a footlong meatball sandwich with provolone cheese on white bread, I wanted it on the italian herb and cheese bread but all they had was white and whole wheat. This is the second time in a row they were out of bread and the last time was even worse I got the same thing and it was on the last footlong bun they had period they also had 2 six inch buns left and were cooking more that were going to be ready in 20 minutes. Hopefully next time they will be better.
