Going through the drive thru isn’t for me ever again. It takes a long time. The most ridiculous part is paying with a debit card. The coffee is very expensive. Then they give you a hand held device that not only wants you to add a 20% or more tip, it proceeds with a survey! All for a coffee through the drive thru. Lady I’m grabbing a coffee on my way to work not writing a thesis. No thank you, I will be going somewhere else. My neighbor said the same thing. It’s laughable.

Called to place order was rudely told by Staff that it had to be online or in person. Which is fine its not what you say but how it is said. Placed order online estimated time for pick up 03:35 arrived at 3:36 both drinks are melted and staff again was rude upon entry. I would have asked to have them remade however with attitude of staff would not. I will admit service and products were better before the move.

Always friendly. They know my husband and I by our names just by us ordering. Love going there! I love switching up my orders depending on the season. Recently my order has been Santa’s cookie mocha. I recommend asking the barista their opinion and going for it! All of their drinks delicious.

Best frozen coffee. I like the cowboy smores.. you get more for the price then at Starbucks .Dietary restrictions: Gluten free choices w their creamers.

I have only visited the Easley & Pickens locations. I frequent Pickens more so. Although I miss the cozy former Pickens location interior the new location has been tastefully renovated as well & the staff have become my friends since I visit very often! Love the iced coffees the best! Great muffins as well! FRIENDLY , welcoming staff!
