“Only one employee working at the time I went through the drive thru (April S.) but, she was literally running from station to station trying to get orders out quickly and accurately. I had to pull over to wait for my food to come out but because of her kindness and attempts to do everything she could do, I didn’t mind.“

“The Cheddar Fish sandwich was very good . The only issue was that I probably would have liked it more with less cheese and/or sauce. The fish kept trying to swim out the other side but I enjoyed it very much. I will just have to remember to request less sauce the next time .“

The City of Pickens is situated at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is the county seat of Pickens County and is a small business center for a good agricultural and industrial area.“
“This location is constantly short staffed , all the staff they do have is teenage kids who genuinely try their best. The lobby stays locked because we don’t have the people to keep it unlocked. Getting paid minimum wage and doing 3 people’s job is incredibly hard. So again we try our best to make everyone’s expierence a great one.“

A few weeks ago our order had been messed up, the manager took down our name and when my husband returned the manager took the time to oversee our entire order, had everything cooked fresh and even gave us our additional meal for free. We will definitely be returning and recommend!“
“I had a issue with a curbside pick up in the Pickens store. I contacted the store and the Manager Ms K. Baldwin personally called me. She left me a message and apologized. She was very sincere. I just wanted to say that I highly respect her. She was very professional and replaced my entire order.Id give here a 10 for her customer service skills. You could feel that she meant everything she said. A rare gem indeed. “Best Taco Bell in the Upstate. The manager Kwanzaa runs a tight ship, and the consistency has become well above average for any Taco Bell. The staff know us by name, and it is always a treat to stop in and say hello. Easley is closer, but Pickens is the best location because of the staff. And it is less expensive than other Taco Bells in the area.“
“I belive the man's name was Andy. But he was amazing to my family. We had 7 kids come in and he patiently took their orders and was calm and friendly. We also got a military discount and we really appreciate you honoring our veterans!! The food wasn't that great but the service made us happy!!“
