Only gave a star because I had to. Close your damn store. Or get adults in the damn store. The sorriest restaurant around. 9 at night and all you have are damn wings. Stop hiring kids!

Not a fan I had tried this KFC place twice now and have been disappointed. The fries are gross chicken decent depending time and day and what you get. The Mac and cheese is good. Customer service good and friendly easy and quick. We had take out as well dine in. They fill your cup full of ice and not much drink at all. Also when they had advertised cheese curds and we asked to get some they said they didn't have any and don't sell them. Which is messed up they should do better.

1/30/24 8:28 pm ordered a 2 piece dark original and was told they didn't have any they close at 10pm. How does a kfc have no original chicken the same food that makes it kfc?

When I first got there I had to wait 10 min. for someone to serve me. Then I had to wait on the chicken to get done. Pot pie was cold. Server didn't really know what she was doing. I've not been back.

This place is ridiculous. The dining room is FREEZING.. the service is aweful and the food is marginal at best. The manager on duty when I was there was completely rude about our 45min wait time.

I am a full-time RV traveler, I have been on the road for almost 7 years and have been to hundreds of different KFC's all over the country. This KFC is by far the absolute worst, fast food or any other kind of restaurant I have ever been at. It was absolutely atrocious. We have contacted corporate KFC and are still waiting for a return call. I would not recommend this place to my dog! The pot pie had absolutely no gravy and was just a mush of potatoes, carrots and whatever else they threw in there. The chicken wings that my wife got did not come with the french fries as they were supposed to and the wings were unidentifiable! STAY AWAY!

Got a mashed potato bowl, and from the time on my receipt till I got it, it was 15 minutes cause I was waiting on the nuggets and waited at least 5 mins before I even paid for it. There was 1 car in front of me. The service is absolutely horrible! Chicken nuggets doest not take 15 mins to cook in an oil fryer 7 mins tops!

Waited about 20 minutes. Discovered the Taco Bell part of the order was wrong. Was already 15 minutes down the road. Skip this location.

I ordered food on the app, which told me when to pick it up and that the food was in progress. When I arrived the lights were on but nobody came to the drive-through window and the lobby doors were closed. This was about 8:30pm on a Friday. So we went back around to the window because people were starting to line up. We waited several minutes behind someone else but they left. When I got up to the window I called the store and was informed they closed early. I informed the woman that the app says my order is in progress and people were lined up behind me. I asked how I could get a refund and she told me I could ask for a refund on the app. That didn’t work so I called corporate and they were nice about getting me my refund.Not a great experience to have on a Friday night. I’ve read other reviews and someone said they are short staffed. Well maybe corporate can step in and help this restaurant. Or maybe they could pay staff a little more than minimum wage? I’ve had good food here but the last two times the chicken was dry. I’d love to see this restaurant succeed.
