Ive been here two times and both times they have been weirdly sparse with the cheese - like, more sauce was showing than covered by cheese. Thats not how pizzas work. The second pizza I got wasn't even completely cooked - the dough was still uncooked in parts.Not gonna lie, Im honestly impressed by how bad this particular location is, even for a low quality, cheap food style of chain.

Ordered food off their app for delivery and after 40 mins it was cancelled. When I call and ask why, I was told they gave my order to someone else. Was told they would refund my money but it will take up to 10 days. It didn’t take 10 days to take it! Now my kids have nothing for dinner. Called the store to try and resolve the matter and was told by the manager she wouldn’t do anything and I just out of luck. Is this how customers should be treated?

This place is great because of the location and for the most part the food is alright for chain pizza. However they never get my order right for example tonight I wanted pepperoni mushroom and extra cheese…and they forgot the pepperoni

This place has gone downhill a lot. Crazy bread looks like a burnt cookie; flat and soaked in grease. I will go out of town and eat Little Caesars...not here though. And please note that most of the 5 stars were 5 months+ ago. Doesnt deserve a one star. People dont wear hairnets and people touching their face and then touching money and then going straight back to pull pizza out of the oven with no gloves! I even watched a person making a pizza and eating pepperonis...licking their fingers and go back to making a pizza. Nope.....you lost a weekly customer!!!!

This place should have a C rating from DHEC. I worked here (using an alt account under my personal alias for reviews sake), the ethics are horrible. We drop a pizza pan on the ground, we put it back in the oven. We drop a topping inside the other ingredients, we put it on the pizza anyways. We pick up ingredients bare handed unlike a place with higher ethics such as Subway (not sponsored). The day I started, there was a bug infestation in the janitorial closet, which was a week after the bug inspection too. I was forced to work overtime because I was expected to wash 100+ pans in an hour and couldn’t (impossible when you have to scrape so much debris out). Not to mention the fact the pizza pans aren’t even fully cleaned (the debris is so old, it’s impossible to clean them fully). I was forced to work hard while others smoked pot/thc pens out back and they’re under 21. If they required drug tests they’d lose their entire team except for Freddie (head boss, not owner though), Jodi (friendly older crew member), Tristan (younger boy, very polite and was fun to work with, will miss him), and Ryan (will miss him too). They’re the only clean ones there probably. This was my first job, and after my experience, I don’t wanna work anymore if there ain’t gonna be mandatory drug tests everywhere.

First off I called ahead and they told me the wait was 15 mintues I took 15 minutes to get there and ended up waiting another 15 for it, the lady was rude and service was terrible they threw my food together and barley even cut my pizza, the cheese bread wasn't even cheese bread it was pretty much just bread don't even waste your money on this place I could've got an actual good pizza for the 20 I spent there. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied they suck. Point blank.
