Service and coffee was good. However despite having signage all over the store about scanning the starbucks app to earn stars- they then tell me they can't scan the app to earn stars as they arent a corporate store. How about take the signs down!!

This sugar cookie cold coffee was the best. The two workers who were working to ight had a great personality. Very friendly. Made me the perfect ice coffee with cold creme. Wish I knew their names.

Got a lecture in the drive thru about showing up too quickly for mobile order. There were no customers inside or outside. Very rude and unprofessional.

New Starbucks, been there maybe 4 times. The man there (not sure if he was a manager) told me the baristaS (more than 1) told him that I was mean. I don't know if they have a crying room (remember them) but I guess they get upset when I come. Everytime I order, the same exact thing, it's a different price. I was told that is because there are new employees that don't know to hit a button on the register to add a fee. I don't care what the price is as long as it's the same. He tells me to think about it as a bonus when they don't know how to ring up an order. So I will go elsewhere. They won't need to cry anymore.

I would have given 5 stars except for TWO reasons. First, Starbucks has toooo many chemicals in their coffee. I heard that 1,3,7-Trimethylpurine-2,6-dione has been discovered in their coffee!!! Two, the baristas are constantly pushing their political agenda. They will ask me how my day is going and things such as that which totally contradicts my political opinion that we should all be shut off and suspicious of each other!

I got my drink this morning that was suppose to be a iced white mocha! Well it tasted terrible!!! And it definitely wasn’t iced!! It was HOT!! Do better!

It's just unbelievable how the new employees they're hiring(and been there for weeks) are only able to take and fill 1 order at a time (1-2 drinks per person) while they have 3 or more people already waiting in line for 10 - 15 minutes.
