I love bk! But unfortunately, very few have a great crew.This one did not!I stood there for over 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.Then only to be asked did I have a online or door dash order.Once telling them No. I stood another 3+ minutes before I could order. After almost walking out r8ght before. I decided I've got 3.5 more hours on the road if I leave now I have to start the process of finding and getting my grub again.So I ordered and forgot about my app to get the points. Kid had no clue how to add them after paying. Lady said you couldn't add points..(right now I'd have 300 extra points).Bk make sure crew ask folks if they want to use their app code.While negligent they were super nice.Bk! Make sure if they have someone on front counter that they don't stand there for over 6 minutes waiting to have an order taken. In that wait another 5+ people came in behind me.

I went through the drive thru to be greeted by 2 of the most polite young men. The first one took my order and left me with you have a blessed day. The second one greeted me at the next window with my drink and stated ma'am I'll be right back with your food, but had the most pleasant smile on his face. In today's world you are not greeted by all teenagers like these two. This isn't a compliment for one race either each one was of a different race. I asked for a compliment card because I felt that these nice young men needed to know how much their kindness meant to someone. These two young men are a good example of what we all should work towards as employees. They seems to be happy and enjoying their job at least to the customers which made for a wonderful experience. Their manager came to me and she was just as pleasant and beamed like a proud mother when she heard why I wanted a compliment card. This also goes to show if the bosses treat their employees good it just trickles down to everyone. The manager did not share her name but she did share the young men's name so I could give them a nice shout out and compliment. So to the sweet young men: Ryan and Branson, I want to personally thank you and commend you both on your work ethics and your sweet personalities. Don't let anyone change you and continue to carry yourself as I saw you this week through our life. You two are going places!

We have not been thru here in about a year. The croissant was missing it's sausage and felt like it was microwave BUT we went back around and told the lady and she was very nice and receptive and got us a fresh one and everything else was fresh and hot. Thank you Burger King for a great Breakfast!!

Man, I haven't been to a burger King with such good customer service in a long time. Teresa took my money and was so sweet and happy and such a pleasure.... it wouldn't have mattered if I anything else went right for the rest of the day. Yall need to make sure she is the first person everyone sees and I promise you will get no complaints.... excellent customer service.

I went to the piedmont location at 10:27p 12/18/23. We pulled to the window, and asked asked for a moment to look over the menu. The lady that came over the intercom rudely stated, "hurry up, I'm about to close." Again it's 10:27p, and the restaurant closes at 11:00p. We had no intention of taking up much time. Customer service here was definitely not a priority.
