0 No stars sorry should be -7 stars. Ordered breakfast at 10:26. I know lil close. But heard n seen 2 other vehicles get bfast behind me and leave. First messed up order. I had to say it over n over. Then wait.... then please pull up to white line. 15 min or so go by then a girl comes out I'm soo so sorry my sandwich maker couldn't be found????!!!! And asked if I wanted anything free hashbrowns ...ect. I said no just hope food will be ok n good. She comforted me saying yes it will be fine. Another 10 or so min go by. I look at clock been 30 min. I go in same girl points at me to I assume manager and says see I told you. I say is it ready? They ignore me completely!!!! Manager never says a WORD to me n walks behind corner!!! I say I guess give me my money back!! She takes card then vanishes again again no reply!!!! She gives my card to guy who I assume never made my food he just barely said said sorry bout dat!!!!!!! Worst experience I've ever ever had anywhere in my life!!!! Never a I'm so sorry. Can I make it rite? Nothing just shoved over to someone else who shoved me off!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!! Wasted about 40 min and recieved nothing not even a real apology. Sad a worker under manager realized how bad they messed up but manager did nothing but hide!!! I recommend this store be closed down!! Or atleast revamped new manager and workers re trained. ​

Their food is ok. But I’m disgusted at their service I ordered a impossible whopper which is on their website as available on the actual Burger King app I ordered via DoorDash the dasher informed me they did not have a impossible whopper which is fine I understand that they may not have that available I requested a double whopper which is of less valued but they refused the request as the door-dasher asked on my behalf. And this Burger King is so ghetto like when you call them it’s a out of state area code and it’s a mobile phone with a recording saying Burger King of a person and their mailbox is full of course. I just don’t understand why they would not substitute a item to item of lesser value especially when they inconvenienced the customer which is I understand the item not being available is not their fault but they didn’t update it online it was a simple request which could have been handled in 2 mins and it’s more than reasonable I hope Burger King refunds the difference if not I’m not going out of my way my door-dasher was great the establishment I ordered from was not. Probably won’t order from here again.

This was a whole new experience and not on the good side. Let's start at the whopper jr that was complete slop. The fries were soggy and lukewarm . The customer service was horrible. The thing is there was no one in the store .

Went through drive thru at lunch today. I ordered one of the sandwiches with no tomatoes and she repeated to me TWICE that one was no tomatoes, asked for ranch and honey mustard for the kids nuggets and I had to run in to get it as we drove away while checking bags for the sauces. After getting the kids food and went to get mine and it had tomatoes. At this point we were on the interstate so I just went to the other Burger King to order a new one. Employees attitudes were horrible, especially the guy that I asked for the sauces they left out. He actually let it fall on the counter and said "sorry". We have had several messed up orders from this location so guess I'll visit the other one's from here out. I understand they are short staffed and overworked but they shouldn't carry those nasty attitudes to the customers.

Love this place when they get out order right but here lately the service is awful staff is rude if they talk to you at all most of the time especially in the drive thru you can barely get a have a good day they just look at you with their hand out for payment and look miserable. If you ask for napkins or straws which they normally forget you get eyes rolled at you and if they forget your receipt and mess your order up good luck arguing with the staff about it

Everything but 1 sandwich was wrong. Ordered a mushrooms Swiss, chicken fries and 3 plain double cheese burgers. We got no chicken fries, a bacon king, 3 regular double cheese burgers with bacon on them... terrible.
