I spent 50$ on a 16 piece meal with 4 large sides. They barely put anything in each of the containers so what was supposed to feed a family did not!

I was very disappointed with my order, and with the store presentation, also as well, the overall courtesy. I took the opportunity to place a order online. The order said it was ready and I waited a complete 45 minutes over in the store with no explanation. When I asked about my order, there was not a manger or clerk in site, but it was plenty of customers complaining about a big spill that made the store look overall nasty and disgusting. One manager did finally come out and an elderly, customer had to explain to them that there was a mess that needed to be cleaned up, because she almost fell. almost an hour I finally get my order get home, and the chicken is obviously overcooked which upset my family and children. I was very shocked because I spent my money and as well more than enough time for my order to be correct ,to be disappointed and my family was upset and was not appeased. Since I had to go back up to the store, most of my family lost the taste of KFC and did not want it anymore. This restaurant is in a prime location so I would expect more from management and as well overall tightness of a restaurant that’s a big franchise. I believe if everybody spent more time in the restaurant than outside chilling at the back of the restaurant, maybe my order would’ve been correct and the food would’ve been made and my order would’ve been out on time ,so that goes back to management on how to conduct business at franchise, very unprofessional and unacceptable.

This location always has poor service...no sense of urgency...only to wait almost 20 minutes, get my food and get part of my order...I asked for the remainder she said it would be another 15 minute wait, only to no get any substitute or partial refund.

I’m a pretty big fan of KFC. Always have been. Lived near this one for 12 years so it’s the one I go to most often even though I’m almost always disappointed. They’re building a Zaxby’s next door. We are all looking forward to it.

Good luck terrible service it's called fast food and you have to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to place your order. It wasn't packed total of 3 customers inside and out. Don't know how this place stays afloat with service like this smh.

They are either bad at the easiest job in the world, dont care to try, or they’re racist towards white folk. Rude to me even though I’m easy to deal with a polite. Had to go through the drive thru twice to get my order right. Each time they made me pull to the front of the building to make their time look better even though nobody was behind me. Don’t really feel comfortable eating this food. Get a manager that doesn’t suck and pay them decently or this store is doomed when zaxbys opens. You’re going to lose your business.

This restaurant deserves no stars. They had no business. Plenty of staff. After 30 minutes I was told the chicken was cooking. It doesn't take that long to cook. They said it would be 7 more minutes. After 10 minutes I pulled back around and told them I wanted a refund. The woman handing the refund back scawling and rude. Never again
