We arrived at 6:20 or 6:25, and waited for about 15 ton20 mins, before anyone came to take our order. Then we waited another 25 mins before we received our order and it was cold.

I called ahead and ordered a stuffed crust pizza and cheese sticks. I picked up the pizza and took it home only to find they gave me the wrong one. I returned the pizza and after having to wait for them to make and make it was not given a refund. I also had to give the incorrect pizza back. Very poor

We ordered 6 pizzas and 3 orders of cheesy bread sticks for a birthday party and had it delivered. the bread sticks did not come with marinara sauce and when I called Little Caesars, they were not helpful at all. Will not use them again.

This is our to go spot for pizza, the price is always good and the food is always good for us. The customer service has declined a lot. We pull into the drive thru. The girl at the drive thru just had the doesn’t want to be there attitude and looked annoyed that she had customers at the window. Anyways I over look it and proceeded to order. I got a pepperoni stuff crust, a Hawaiian pizza, crazy bread and two orders of buffalo wings. She didn’t repeat back the order and just told us our price. We paid and when I looked at my receipt there was an extra pizza on our ticket a cheese pizza. Which I know I didn’t order I over looked it because my sister did make a good point that we love left over so we let it slide. What really got to us was when the device they give you to notify you that your pizza is ready went off. We pulled back around to the drive thru and sat there for 5 mins before she open the window back up handed us our pizza and then said goodbye and closed the window. We notice we didn’t get our sauce for our crazy bread. I called out a couple time but she couldn’t hear us since she had her headphone in the whole time. Which is probably why she put the extra pizza in our ticket and when I kindly told her we were missing our sauce. She proceeded to roll her eyes and gave us our sauce and didn’t say I’m sorry or anything at all she gave me the sauce and close the window. That young light skin lady with the red hair is just the worst. I wasn’t a difficult customer or anything but respectful to her and we got treat like we weren’t welcome there. So we will be going to Pizza Hut for now on.

Used the drive thru...got a hot and ready regular pizza and crazy combo...got home and the crazy bread were literally sticks. Skinny hard etc....which are usually my favorite

The pizza is good enough when you get it fresh. The biggest problem they have at this particular one is organizarion. The last time I was there, they had a rush of customers but even with the pager system they lost track over who ordered what. This resulted in a crowded mess inside where we were all packed in there waiting on them to get back on track. It eventually devolved into asking each person what they orderef and handing out food out of order. The pizza isn't bad when fresh, but they really need to increase staff training and/or maybe run drills to get them to work together better as a well oiled machine.

Horrible customer service we come here all the time because pizza is my favorite food and the cost is great. They get mad when you want your pizza a certain way and get mad when you correct them, it happens almost every time. They need the workers from the Whitehorse rd location, they’re great and the pizza is always exactly as asked. I would post a picture of the burnt pizza but I’ve already sent it back. Only gave 1start because I couldn’t put 0.
