This place is the world's slowest restaurant. Come here multiple times a week and ALWAYS asked to pull forward. Then they take at least 20 minutes each time! Fix this place!!!! If you're in a hurry.. BEWARE!!!

It is ridiculous how many cars this McDonald’s will pull up into Mobile order spots. I was there last night at 10 o’clock and nobody was behind me and they wanted me to pull up. When I refused the girl in the window said “we should give him his food cold to teach him a lesson”. Maybe this McDonald’s will rethink their policy on cars in the drive-through but this is simply ridiculous

Stopped to get a frappe today. Have learned to ask if the machine is working before using my points for a free one. They told me it was working, so I gave them the code for the free frape. I get to the window, they make me pull to one of the waiting spots. A girl comes out to tell me that it is not working. I ask how they plan to give the points back that they took. She said she would go in and ask. Waited 10 minutes and she never came back. Such poor customer service. And not the first time I have had a bad experience at this particular McDonald's.

Whoever has been making the biscuits lately needs a raise. We had stopped going before because they were always hard and dry. We went a few times recently (Jan) and they're all fluffy and buttery and good.I will say, the breakfast crew is always very nice and polite. 5 stars all the time.The lunch shift is horribly rude. On multiple occasions I have seen them be verbally abusive to the young employees that are training. Offering no help or training whatsoever. If you get someone at the counter who's training, have some patience and kindness with them because they don't seem to be throwing them into the situation with no guidance.Our lunch order seems to always be wrong no matter if we order drive thru, pick up with the app, or inside. When my coworkers suggests McDonald's for lunch most of us moan and don't order anything.Lunch crew has yet to be polite to anyone, plus don't even care to do their jobs right... maybe they're just understaffed or undertrained, but 0 stars all the time.
