This place is a little house of horrors. It took me 8 minutes for them to even acknowledge me at the drive-thru even though there was nobody else in line and the pizza one I got it was worse than DiGiorno. As a matter of fact I think DiGiorno was much better that I had last week. They have downsized the pizza and the quality of the dough is not what it used to be I'm very sad ?

I forgot why I stopped ordering pizza here. Honestly one of the worse Pizza Huts I've ever been to. My last 3 experiences over the course of 2 years have been awful. I feel like my recent medium sized pizza was smaller than I remember. Definitely smaller than other quick pizza joints. Under sauced even though I asked for extra sauce. Ingredients were low quality and bland. Hopefully I remember to never order from this location again.

I called in my order, but when I got to the store to pick it up. I was placed on a silent in person hold, while two younger cashiers giggled and fondled over how much something was and their ?I'm guessing them paying for some ? they had ordered. It was very unprofessional in my opinion. Thank god there was an older woman there who looked to maube be older than the two who greeted me with smiles and thanked me. Thank god she carried this review to me personally and made up for the immature two plus the pizza was great!

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in several years. Ordered 1 pizza tonight, and realized what I have been missing. Don’t waste your time at any other pizza place. It put the other pizza to shame.
So I ordered at 3:45 was promised order at 4:55 here it is 6:00pm and still no food I will not be ordering again they were very rude in assisting me as
Been ordering and eating here for quite awhile. Love the food.Today went for a pick up. Store was extremely busy so I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me. I could see the screen was full of orders and the phone ringing.Some employees were visibly frustrated and understandably so. Huge props to the manager for collecting himself and doing all he could to get order restored. Young woman topping the pizzas was busy and working diligently, the other store insiders/drivers were sort of mozying around, on phones and doing dishes. No real sense of urgency. I've worked in pizza delivery places before and understand the annoyance of being suddenly busy and all the stress of having a store front full of customers. I would imagine having the other employees cross trained or have some urgency to help and "get in where you fit in" mentality to help the others.The manager handled the in store customers better than I could have. An older woman came in after a few others and started shouting, "YOO-HOO HELLO DOES ANYONE WORK HERE? HELLO?". He spoke with her, me and the other customers and shared they were busy, had a huge influx of orders suddenly and he apologized for the inconvenience.Wish I had caught his name and the woman topping the pizzas. They were great. The others seemed content at moving in slow motion.

Drove all the way back to get the rest of my order. She said they didn't have it anymore and i was asked twice, if I wanted a credit or if I still wanted it. I've worked fastfood for years, They ate it. I just want to eat wings after a long work day man :/
