Bathrooms very busy with only 2 stalls. First time at a Qt. Wanted to get a soft pretzel and walked up to man behind counter who had no customers. Even though he wasn't doing anything he said I had to order on the touchscreen nearby. Just washed my hands and didnt want to touch obviously icky screen. Asked same man why i couldnt order from him. He pointed at screen then ignored me so I left. Guess they don't want to sell any pretzels. Noticed that no one else was getting any food either.

Best gas prices around. Awesome selection of energy drinks, cheap beef jerky, and really friendly staff that immediately felt comfortable enough to joke around. I dig it, 100%. Bathrooms were clean, too. Lots of open registers and no waiting. Man, it feels weird to review a gas station, but most gas stations suck. Not this one.

Normally when we drive to Atlanta, 1st stop is the Quik Trip at exit 20 in Anderson. Last time we went we stopped at this one which is about 15 miles away because my wife had drank too many cups of coffee and needed to use the facilities. Same thing this trip. She had topped off her tank on Wednesday and paid $2.999 gal regular at Murphy's in Denver NC. Quick Trip in Denver was still $3.029. Expected the price of gas to be less than the $2.989 because South Carolina has a much lower Gas Tax than NC but gas was still $3.069 for regular which was more than NC. Historic trend was probably ultimately return to normal. Both of us made a pit stop and since Thanksgiving Dinner was not till 2:00 pm or later and my wife is Diabetic, we got something to snack on. I had one of their all-beef roller dogs with Onions, Mustard and Ketchup. Dog was very good and tied me over till dinner. Susan bought some peanut butter crackers which was all she needed for the rest of the trip. Back on the road again. Getting on and off I-85 at least in the Southbound Direction is a piece of cake. From the top of the exit ramp, when the light changes, you literally drive straight ahead into the parking lot. Store is nice and clean, and restrooms are well maintained. Last time we stopped, that was not the case because the trashcans were overflowing but not the case this time. Very good.
